About You:
Strong relationship management skills are essential as the CSAM role requires orchestration across multiple internal teams to drive the best outcomes across a range of customer.
You have experience accelerating the success of Digital Native Businesses through Cloud services, demonstrating your business and technical capabilities.
You can understand and identify high level strategic business requirements whilst keeping across daily operational obligations to ensure all customers achieve value from their Microsoft investment.
Ability to accelerate time to value by managing resources, influencing direction and escalating technical blockers, following through until resolved or workaround is implemented.

**Responsibilities**

The Role
The Partner Manager role is accountable for managing a key partnership for Auto & General. This includes supporting the development and execution of the Partnerships strategy and helping to drive its performance. Qualifications & Experience
You possess hands-on experience in driving results through strong relationships and stakeholder engagement. You demonstrate expertise in design thinking, process engineering, and problem-solving using formal programs and processes.
Additionally, you possess the following:
  • A formal qualification in a relevant field, such as a Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in partner account management.
  • Proven success in managing, and growing partnerships.

The Financial Partnerships team sits within the Partnerships organization and is a key component of Stripe’s success. In-office expectations

Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in our Bucharest, Romania site have an 80% in-office expectation, and those in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico and Bengaluru, India work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.

Pay and benefits

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is A$171,000 - A$256,600. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location.
