This Account Manager ANZ role is responsible for driving growth and expanding direct sales and profit margins within an assigned territory by building professional relationships with key personnel in key customer accounts, achieving set targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars for the Pall Australia Energy+ business.
Location: This position reports to the National Sales Manager - Energy+ ANZ and is part of the Sales Team, preferably located in Melbourne, Australia and will be working remotely to cover both Australia, PNG and New Zealand Oil & Gas sectors.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Develop and implement account plans for A/B customer accounts to achieve orders and revenue targets, while cultivating long-term relationships with senior management and decision-makers.
+ Expand customer base through networking, lead follow-up, and conversion, and drive sales of new products and applications.
+ Identify and build opportunities to increase market share and competitive advantage, adding value for new and existing customers in the Energy+ Oil & Gas sector.
+ Build ongoing relationships with customers, using insights and decision criteria to develop solutions that address current and future needs.
+ Develop and maintain detailed customer profiles and SWOT analyses while staying ahead of competitive activities and collaborating with other Pall associates as needed to grow business.
The essential requirements of the job include
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.
+ Minimum 3 years in sales, business development, or account management in a B2B environment.
+ Proven related experience in the ANZ resources sector and understanding of filtration products and contamination control procedures.
+ Willingness to travel over 50% of the time within ANZ for face-to-face customer interactions, and experience in uncovering and pursuing new prospects via networking.
+ Strong business acumen and experience in strategic selling to large regional or global companies.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicabl e for role
+ Ability to travel across ANZ - travel with overnight stay (minimum 1 week per month)
+ Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

**Job Description:**
**What you'll be doing**
The main purpose of the role is to act as an individual contributor in the field of Reservoir Engineering within a multi-functional team as part of an Operated CSG/CBM producing Asset.
Accountabilities:
+ Apply reservoir engineering expertise and professional judgment in supporting technical projects and studies. Present completed analysis and recommendations at peer reviews, peer assists and functional reviews as part of the value assurance framework.
+ Deliver subsurface dynamic reservoir performance characterisation for CBM reservoirs.
+ Ensure reservoir uncertainties are identified and incorporated into multi scenario modelling workstreams, forward appraisal and development plans.
+ Influencing data acquisition programmes and integration of production reservoir surveillance data into full field CBM simulation models.
+ Support delivery of reservoir engineering elements of Shell Australia's East Coast assets FDPs and support delivery of subsurface reservoir engineering workstreams ensuring functional/technical consistency across teams.
+ Ensure all own evaluations are documented and related data are handled in accordance with relevant technical standards.
**What you bring**
Skills & Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field (Petroleum Engineering preferred)
+ Proven track record in reservoir modelling and reservoir characterisation, dynamic history matching and well performance forecasting.
+ Familiarity with key software including Petrel RE, Eclipse and Python coding preferable.
+ Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams including Subsurface, Commercial, Tenures, Production, and Engineering to deliver integrated technical workstreams and influence stakeholders in a matrix environment.
+ Apply advanced problem-solving and reservoir engineering expertise, preferably with CSG/CBM experience, to support field development planning (FDP), WRFM activities, and subsurface uncertainty management.
+ Demonstrate adaptability and inclusivity in a dynamic setting, leveraging sound judgment and experience to develop data acquisition programs and ensure technical consistency across Shell Australia's East Coast assets.
