About the Role

This full-time leadership opportunity places you at the forefront of a rapidly growing pharmacy business in the Campbelltown area. As Pharmacist Manager or Pharmacist in Charge, you will take command of pharmacy operations, deliver expert clinical care, and shape the ongoing success and reputation of our pharmacy. Key Responsibilities
  • Dispense prescription medications accurately and provide professional pharmaceutical advice to all customers

  • Ensure excellence in compliance with all relevant pharmacy legislation, regulations, and professional guidelines

  • Collaborate effectively with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver optimal patient care

  • Lead and mentor the pharmacy team, cultivating a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and service

    • Minimum 2 years’ post-registration experience, with proven expertise in dispensing and customer care

    • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging both patients and healthcare professionals

    • Passion for delivering rigorous, patient-centered pharmacy services

    • Strong organisational prowess and time management, with the ability to priorities and execute multiple tasks

    • Proficient in pharmacy systems, procedures, and software
