About you, your experience and skills
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, highly organised, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative tasks in a busy clinical environment.
- Three (3) or more years’ experience in administration / medical reception
- Experience working in mental health service
- Experience processing invoices and general finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Provide daily administrative support to internal staff, private practitioners, and partners
- Coordinate appointments, process referrals, and manage correspondence
- Support invoicing and general site administration
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality
- Create a welcoming, youth-friendly environment for all visitors
