**The Opportunity**

A day in the life?
As an Executive Producer, you’ll lead the Pete & Kymba Breakfast Show to life with high-quality, engaging audio and social content. You’ll be the strategic and creative force behind the show, ensuring it resonates with Perth audiences and aligns with SCA’s content goals.
You’ll:

Drive daily show planning and execution, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and audience-focused.
Manage and mentor a team of producers and casuals, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
Collaborate with talent, content directors, and commercial teams to deliver compelling segments and integrated campaigns.
Oversee social media strategy and execution to extend the show’s reach beyond broadcast.
Lead project management for special events, OBs, and campaigns.
