The Opportunity:
As a Producer for The Morning Show, you’ll be based in the vibrant and exciting atmosphere of our South Eveleigh office. You will play a key role in shaping the future of news and entertainment for Seven Network. You will primarily be responsible for developing and creating high-standard segments whilst utilising your creativity and original approach.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside iconic household names and passionate professionals while experiencing the magic of your favorite news, sports, and entertainment shows. The fast-paced, rapidly evolving media industry will allow you to thrive and make a real impact on the lives of everyday Australians.
Reporting to Executive Producer for The Morning Show, you will be responsible for:
Pitching, developing and creating entertaining and informative segments for The Morning Show and across Seven's Morning Television Department.
Generating story ideas and identifying high-quality, exclusive guests
Responding to the news cycle including generating same-day content
Ensuring all production elements are of a high standard through to broadcast
This is a permanent position with a 45-hour week shift pattern.
About You:
You are an experienced Producer with a passion for storytelling, you possess exceptional interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a keen eye for detail. Your creativity, resourcefulness, and collaborative spirit allow you to work seamlessly with teams and stakeholders. Your self-motivation and innovative approach ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively, always striving to deliver compelling narratives.
You will have:
Demonstrated experience in a producing role, in a radio or television newsroom.
Excellent writing skills and with an eye for detail and accuracy
The ability to respond to breaking news.
Contribution of innovative ideas and a passion for entertaining and engaging television content.
A solid understanding of media law and ethics.

**The Opportunity**
The Event Producer is responsible for the successful planning, management, and execution of production events. They will implement processes and SOPs that drive consistency in event execution, while identifying, resolving, escalating operational problems, and optimising the deployment of production resources. + Execute project planning of all events utilising Encore's systems and processes.
+ Responsible for properly planning resources and logistics across all assigned production work.
+ Partner with the Sales team by directly providing scoping and pricing for managed account and production projects.
+ Execute all Program Production functions necessary to deliver events at the highest levels of production efficiencies within budget, scope, and timeline.
+ Responsible for the creation, analysis, and execution of project budgets, partnering with the appropriate discipline leads to mitigate risks and sub-rental spend.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels of their organization and provide outstanding customer service while focusing on client retention.
+ Properly reconcile events, delivering a wrap report and ensuring that all administrative data and paperwork has been entered, submitted, cross checked, and reconciled across the entire project.
**What We Are Looking For**
+ 5-7 years' experience in a Project Manager or Producer role.
+ Strong sales and customer facing skillset.
+ Great understanding of the event lifecycle.
