**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a seasoned Creative Producer who can autonomously drive business development and creative production. This person will own the initial lifecycle of project opportunities, identifying leads, crafting tenders, securing client work from proposal to execution. You will be the bridge between strategic creative vision and flawless, high-quality execution and will manage a portfolio of clients.
Operating to a high standard, you will work with your clients to curating strategic and creative solutions for their brands and briefs. With a keen eye to attention to detail, delivery of details pitch decks and the energy and personality to present and secure the work.
**Responsibilities**
+ Build and maintain a network of potential clients, partners, and collaborators.

+ Proven experience in creative production, events, or similar roles, including business development and securing projects/tenders.

+ Strong strategic design sensibility; excellent eye for detail, aesthetics, and immersive experience.
+ Strong commercial acumen: budgeting, negotiation, revenue forecasting.

Join the energetic and creative team behind Townsville's Number 1 breakfast show, Cliffo and Kate, on Triple M.
Known for their quick wit, local flavour, and genuine connection with listeners, Cliffo and Kate have the community buzzing with contests, fun, and real conversations.
As part of this high-performing team, you’ll collaborate with passionate professionals who thrive on live radio and love creating memorable content that resonates with audiences. The vibe is fast-paced, fun, and full of ideas.
A day in the life? As a Producer, you’ll help bring the Breakfast show to life with high-quality, engaging radio and digital content. You’ll work closely with the hosts and wider content team to shape the show’s direction, manage daily rundowns, and ensure everything runs smoothly on-air and online.
Your day-to-day might include:
Generating creative ideas and segment concepts that resonate with our Townsville audience.
Coordinating guests, scripting segments, and managing live show logistics.
Editing audio and publishing content across digital and social platforms.
Collaborating with talent, content directors, and marketing teams to amplify the show’s reach.
What You’ll Need
Experience in radio production or a similar fast-paced media environment.
Strong editorial judgement and a passion for storytelling.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Confidence using audio editing tools and content management systems.
