We are looking for a Head of Product Management to support the delivery of the ANZ business strategy by leading a team of product managers in the development of lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
**Key Duties:**
- Develop and execute technical market strategies tailored to promote the BU's products effectively, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Understand the market and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Oversee the accurate product specifications and requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and adherence to industry standards.
- Proactively identify and source new product opportunities aligned with the business strategy, based on market trends, pricing and revenue modelling.
- Oversee the products' roadmaps and prioritize features based on market demand and business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the product management team, helping them effectively communicate product benefits and technical details to customers.
- Ensure team maintains a high level of technical knowledge of the market for the BU's products, including understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure effective execution of product strategies.
- Fosters an environment where employees feel empowered to experiment, innovate and make appropriate decisions.
**Qualifications:**
· At least 10 years of demonstrated experience in product management roles with at least 5+ years in leadership role,
· Demonstrated knowledge in pricing, market positioning, packaging, and understanding of the product's market ability to deliver business results in terms of sales and inventory management.
· Strong commercial background to lead a product business unit
· Electrical Engineering Degree or Electrical Trade Certificate with a strong understanding of the technical engineering aspects.

+ Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
+ A valid drivers' license and willingness to travel and work out of office hours as required
