How you’ll make an impact

As a Senior Product Manager in Mobile, you will be responsible for excellence in driving customer and business value through ownership of new and existing Mobile products. You will be comfortable working in complex product spaces that require navigating larger degrees of ambiguity and comprehensive stakeholder management. You will manage Mobile products end-to-end, from early-stage research and ideation, through to implementation and improvement over time. Your impact will be measured by key commercial and customer success metrics.


What you'll do
  • Lead development and execution of Xero’s Mobile product strategy, roadmap, and OKRs
  • Conduct and synthesise customer research to identify and validate valuable, complex problems
  • Embed customer insights and data in product planning and prioritisation
  • Frame and test solution hypotheses in a complex, cross-functional environment
  • Manage funding, resources, risks, and compliance across the product lifecycle
  • Oversee delivery cadence, rituals, and release strategy to ensure effective launches
  • Monitor product performance, driving continuous improvements and interventions as needed
  • Lead the product through its full lifecycle, from discovery to sunset
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate across product functions
  • Coach and support team development, hiring, onboarding, and product practice uplift

**Qualifications:**
· At least 10 years of demonstrated experience in product management roles with at least 5+ years in leadership role,
· Demonstrated knowledge in pricing, market positioning, packaging, and understanding of the product's market ability to deliver business results in terms of sales and inventory management.
· Strong commercial background to lead a product business unit
· Electrical Engineering Degree or Electrical Trade Certificate with a strong understanding of the technical engineering aspects.
