We are seeking a dedicated and confident leader to join our Permanency Support Program as Coordinator. This role is responsible for leading and supervising a team of Caseworkers and support staff, ensuring safe, high-quality, and culturally responsive services for children, young people, and families.

# Job Summary:
In this role, you will support the planning and organising of the Operarational Readiness, Activation and Transition (ORAT) program from early stage planning through to implementation. The role will involve early engagement with various stakeholders including engineering, construction, commissioning as well as co-ordination with the airport Assets and Operations teams and external airport authorities to put in place robust plans to ensure systems are ready to be integrated into the operational airport while minimising disruption to existing operations.
A specific technical focus of the role is on facility familiarisation training and in the development of the trials program so that the contractor completion program is aligned with the trials program and operating scenarios.
**Note:** This position is for a prospective project in Perth, Australia and any other offer of employment is contingent upon Bechtel being awarded the project.
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Review and comment on plans, programs and schedules related to ORAT
+ Support develop and sequencing of the prgramwide ORAT schedules
+ Plan and coordinate ORAT workshops with all relevant stakeholders
+ Review system turnovers and completions to ensure that the deliverables align with ORAT plans
+ Supports equipment and system startup effort as required
+ Supports operations and maintenance planning as required
+ Monitor and report on ORAT readiness
+ Establish and lead the ORAT team and participants
+ Prepare ORAT reports to support entering into service
+ Work closely with contractors and internal stakeholderes across the program to monitor the progress of operational readiness activities.
+ Ensure all required permits and permissions for execution and completion of ORAT are in place.

+ Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience

+ Previous experience with ORAT or operational readiness of a facility similar in nature to an airport

# Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for estimating, analysis and control activities for projects with significant non-routine requirements or for cost activities which require a high degree of technical skill. You will prepare cost studies, review cost trends, and develop and implement project requirements for cost control. Your detailed analysis will provide innovative solutions to cost engineering challenges.
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Assists in the preparation of schedule data for proposals or contracts
+ Establishes and maintains the schedule for a specific discipline area or specialty
+ Performs schedule development duties to include establishing the work breakdown structure (WBS), determining the work activity duration, establishing the proper workflow logic ties, and developing the required job expenditure
+ Performs schedule monitoring, including identifying critical activities and updating functions for specific applications, disciplines, or specialties
+ Assists with maintenance of critical path schedule reports and schedule performance metrics
+ Performs schedule analysis and studies of problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities
+ Assists with schedule recovery plans
# Education and Experience Requirements:
+ Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Proficient in PC operating systems and basic software applications.
+ Familiar with financial reporting systems, controller account codes, and relevant Controller instructions affecting Project Controls (such as Financial Status Reports and Earned Revenue Data).
+ Possess intermediate knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup processes at Bechtel.
+ Understand engineering and construction management through training or practical experience.
+ Capable of meeting deadlines and performing well under pressure.

In this role, you will perform administrative duties that require proficiency, accuracy, judgement, initiative, discretion, and knowledge of protocol. You will handle both routine and complicated items, such as coordinating travel, preparing expense reports, and composing correspondence. Your ability to anticipate problems and changing priorities will help bring efficiency and organization to your team.
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Performs routine to complicated administrative duties of a responsible and confidential nature, under minimal supervision
+ Handles routine and complicated items independently and anticipates problems and changing priorities
+ Duties require accuracy, judgment, a moderate degree of initiative, discretion, diplomacy, and knowledge of protocol; Works with confidential information
+ Maintains a file of important matters for the executive's attention upon return
+ Anticipates changing priorities and problems, alerting the manager as required
+ Coordinates travel arrangements and travel itineraries; Prepares detailed expense reports using Concur or other expense report software as required
