About the Role
We’re looking for a Program Assistant who is passionate about helping young adults with disability build skills for life. This is not a carer role — it’s a dynamic, hands-on position where you will support participants to grow their independence, confidence, and capacity through structured programs.
You’ll work directly with participants to help them set and achieve goals around employment, education, social connection, and community participation. From travel training and team projects to digital skills and job readiness, you’ll play a key role in their learning journey.
You’ll be guided by the Program Manager and work closely with Program Facilitators to deliver sessions, lead small group activities, and provide 1:1 support — always with a focus on building skills for the future.
What You’ll Do
As a Program Assistant at Co-Hive, you’ll help bring programs to life — not by simply supporting, but by actively contributing to the development of young adults as they build the skills, confidence, and independence to take charge of their future.
You’ll work closely with participants to help them achieve their individual goals around employment, further education, social connection, and community participation. You’ll play a vital role in promoting self-determination, supporting participants to advocate for themselves, make informed choices, and feel a true sense of belonging at Co-Hive.
Your key responsibilities include:
Program Contribution & Participant Support
Support the delivery of structured group programs across a variety of interest and skill-building areas
Lead small-group and 1:1 activities such as travel training, digital skills, budgeting, or goal-setting
Help participants practise everyday skills through hands-on, real-world learning and community engagement
Adapt and personalise your support to ensure all participants feel capable, included, and empowered
Work closely with participants to help them achieve their individual goals — whether that’s building independence, getting a job, or exploring further education
Promoting Self-Determination & Confidence
Encourage participants to make choices, solve problems, and reflect on their progress
Support the development of self-advocacy and communication skills
Help participants find their voice, speak up about their needs, and take ownership of their learning journey
Foster a strong sense of community and connection, where everyone feels valued, respected, and part of something bigger
Team Collaboration
Work in partnership with your Program Facilitator to plan and deliver high-quality, engaging sessions
Share insights from your work with participants to help tailor the learning experience
Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture where all ideas are welcomed
Support the day-to-day running of the hub — including preparing resources, setting up spaces, and ensuring the environment remains welcoming and safe
Technology & Communication
Confidently use digital tools (Google Workspace, Canva, AI platforms, etc.) to support participants and enhance program delivery
Assist with note-taking, recording progress, and ensuring documentation meets NDIS requirements
Maintain professional and respectful communication with families, carers, and support networks

**The Opportunity:**
As a Program Scheduler on our team, you will be responsible for task management and enterprise execution of the Program's site Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). This role involves developing and managing schedules, aggregating schedules from other contracts, and preparing performance metrics in conjunction with project managers. You will provide detailed and accurate reports and data sets with short turnaround times, leveraging familiarity with work breakdown structures.
This position is located in Alice Springs, Australia.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Meet with project teams, change managers, and service integrators to develop baseline schedules, updates, and recovery schedules.
+ Track and update schedules from project inception to completion.
+ Prepare and explain performance metrics for program management.
+ Routinely monitor and provide awareness of schedule milestones and deliverables for all project phases.
+ Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules in accordance with Government standards of best practice.
+ Organize, implement, and maintain scheduling management systems to support identified projects and their plans.
+ Assist in setting up tasks and sub-tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of project requirements as scheduled.
+ Interact with customers and project staff to schedule work and coordinate assignments.
+ Maintain and assist with project schedules.
+ Define scope of work with project teams to develop and update detailed schedules, cost information, and identification of variances from the original plan.
+ Evaluate project schedule progress and performance, identifying developing problem areas.
+ Analyze critical paths and constraints to determine effects of changes to schedules and recommend workarounds.
+ Develop and update weekly short-interval schedules in collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
+ Support stakeholders in maintaining timely and effective change management processes, procedures, and systems.
+ Conduct analysis to determine alternative courses of action or recovery for slipped schedules.
+ Assist teams in developing and maintaining periodic status reports to keep management informed on program progress.
+ Identify and communicate significant schedule risks to staff and management.
+ Document identified project risks, mitigations, and outcomes based on team input.
**Qualifications:**
_Required :_
+ Bachelor's degree (Arts or Science) in a related field equivalent experience.
+ Minimum of 7 years of experience with project scheduling using Microsoft Project or similar commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) scheduling tools.
+ Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
+ Ability to facilitate meetings with Program and Government personnel.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure efficient and accurate schedule development and updates.
+ Detail-oriented and organized.
+ Extensive knowledge of MS Product Suite, including Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
+ Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Experience with using Confluence/JIRA

+ Sound understanding of military operations across, Air, Land, Maritime, Space and Information Domains and proven understanding of Joint Operations.
+ Proven ability to work both as an individual and as a member of a high-performance team.
+ Strongly developed interpersonal skills and able to influence stakeholders at an operational level and the ability to develop solutions that meet complex customer requirements.

This position leads the Digital Technology stream of our flagship Quality of Care Program , reporting directly to the Digital Delivery Lead. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering digital transformation work that improves outcomes for clients and frontline teams alike.
p>Based in our Sydney CBD office, the role is primarily office-based, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office and flexibility to work up to 5 days on-site. We are seeking a Program Manager Open to: Australian Citizens with baseline clearance Location : Canberra, ACT Role :We are seeking an experienced and skilled program manager to manage and lead a Transformation Program which aims to deliver improvements across 3 key areas: customer experience, operational transformation and data transformation. Requirements Essential Criteria Critically review work to date, relevant documentation and status of the Transformation Program (“the Program”), including through discussions to identify and document a program of work going forward.Establish a program management office, ensure relevant program management artefacts are in place and provide program management oversight and leadership of the Program and the program management office.Provide expertise and strategic views and input to proposed business process, design, architecture, data and infrastructure solutions – ensuring alignment with broader Departmental objectives.Manage and report on the Program’s progress, budget, acceptance of deliverables, risk and mitigation, including Departmental-wide reporting processes.Report weekly to the Health Products Regulation Group (HPRG) Executive and escalate issues in a timely manner, including providing advice on relevant matters pertaining to the Program.Management governance requirements of the Program including documentation associated with and coordination of the TGA Transformation Board (and other relevant Boards as required).Work collaboratively with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Information Technology Division (ITD) to ensure the program activities are accountable, aligned with Department and Program objectives, and deliver leading edge technological approaches through appropriate and transparent delivery models aligned with Department requirements.Manage relevant Australia Public Service staff, contractor and vendors associated with the Program, including where relevant, in consultation with ITD and/or the CIO, and provide support and mentoring to relevant staff in Program Management Office or business areas to assist in meeting Program objectives and deliverables.Building and maintaining effective working relationships with technical professionals, project team members and internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of the Program within timelines and budget.Prepare and/or deliver a range of presentations and communications to internal and external stakeholders regarding the Program.Participate in, and contribute to, performance discussions as required or directed by the Contract Manager.
