**Who will you be working with?**
Reporting to the Program Manager, this position supports project delivery by managing workforce mobilisation, logistics, and administration across multiple client projects. This role ensures smooth mobilisation of personnel, resources, and equipment, while also supporting the day-to-day operations of the project management team.

**How will you make a difference?**
As a member of the Project Team, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient site preparation, scheduling, and compliance with mobilisation standards. In this role you will maintain and foster relationships with current and potential stakeholders, in particular, clients, service providers, contractors, subcontractors and employees.
**What will your typical day look like?**
+ Promote and ensure the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management systems are implemented and adhered to
+ Coordinating project management activities, resources and information.
+ Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel across multiple projects.
+ Liaising with clients, internal operations team, and subcontractors regarding mobilisation activities.
+ Organise rosters, RDOs, accommodation, and travel arrangements.
+ Ensuring compliance with competencies and inductions for multiple clients and sites
+ Support new starter onboarding, including inductions, training, and documentation.
+ Monitor compliance requirements (tickets, competencies, medicals).
+ Issuing travel confirmations to workforce and collaborating internally regarding mobilisation and demobilisation plans
+ Maintain accurate personnel and training records.
+ Manage company systems and Sharepoint filing.
+ Take minutes for meetings and distribute as required.
+ Process of high-volume FIFO flights and camp accommodation, including car hire and hotels.
+ Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
+ Act as the first point of contact for calls and emails, for liaising with all Company personnel and Contractors listed for FIFO works.
+ Document control as required
+ Assist Project and finance team in the preparation and consolidation of time sheeting, invoicing, reporting, general administration and as required
+ Occasional travel to site to support project requirements (as and when required)
+ Consolidate Daily Site Records (DSR)
**What do we want to know about you?**
+ Post-secondary and Administration Qualifications
+ Substantial experience working as a Project Administrator in an Engineering Environment
+ Experience in mobilisation of project resources (Flights, Accommodation, training, clearance checks etc.)
+ Working knowledge of resources sector systems like: Workflow, Enable, INX, Pegasus or similar
+ Project Finance experience (Invoicing & PO's, resourcing & analysis).
+ Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Experience using payroll databases to ensure timesheets are correctly costed.
+ Excellent attention detail/accuracy and capable of working to deadlines.
+ A 'can do' attitude enabling you to thrive in a busy and fast paced environment.
+ Coordinate with co-workers, subcontractors and vendors for planned services and timely delivery.
+ Project admin experience (mobilisation) with rail network operator is beneficial

We are currently seeking a motivated Electrical Project Technical Lead (PTL) to join our Perth Electrical Team on a full-time basis. You will be a part of our Electrical Team working in a multi-disciplinary group across various building and infrastructure projects with a strong focus in Health, Defence, Mission Critical, Science Technology, Commercial and Social Infrastructure.
We are seeking candidates that can focus and excel in both business development and technical delivery. The business development aspect of the role will focus on input into proposals, developing and servicing a client base, and securing and generating potential opportunities. While the technical delivery aspect will focus in on the successful delivery of projects from initial concept through to construction completion.
The successful candidate will be able to apply their technical skills and demonstrate commitment in a way which ensures projects are thoroughly designed, personally reviewed and delivered on time. You will be expected to service projects including those of relatively large size, of high complexity and with multiple clients.

**Day to day tasks would involve:**
+ Responsible for technical planning and managing (multi-discipline and single discipline) projects from initial master planning, concept and brief, through to installation and commissioning.

+ Demonstrate technical knowledge, providing oversight and supervision to ensure successful project delivery.

+ Represent Stantec externally to Clients, playing a senior and active role in managing these relationships.

+ Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering (with a preference of being a Chartered Electrical Engineer).

Join AECOM as a Defence Project Manager leading key projects across Western Australia while driving our Defence market strategy. We are looking for an Associate Director level candidate to deliver major initiatives, grow regional capability, and build strong relationships with clients and partners across the Defence sector.

Leading the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of high-value Defence infrastructure and consultancy projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and AECOM’s quality standards.Overseeing complex procurement and contract management processes in accordance with Defence policies and procedures, with a focus on value, compliance, and performance outcomes.Acting as a trusted advisor and delivery partner to Commonwealth representatives, industry stakeholders, and internal technical teams — building credibility through your leadership, reliability, and deep domain knowledge.Ensuring rigorous project governance by managing program schedules, budgets, risk profiles, and quality assurance processes — driving accountability and transparency across every phase of delivery.
Qualifications
The qualities that help you thrive:
A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management, with ideally 15+ years' experience in PMCA or similar project delivery roles within Defence or government environments. Local experience in Western Australia is highly regarded.In-depth knowledge of Defence project and contract frameworks, including a strong understanding of the Defence Capability Lifecycle.A proven track record in delivering multiple complex projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels through strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong commercial acumen, particularly in procurement, contract negotiation, and performance management.Due to the nature of this role, Australian Citizenship is essential. A current Baseline Defence clearance is preferred, or eligibility to obtain an Australian Government security clearance is required.We strongly encourage veterans to apply.

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our major software development initiatives. With multiple projects running concurrently at different stages, this role is pivotal to our organisation's success. This role is currently being offered as a full-time initial 12-month contract role , with the possibility of extension.
A competitive salary range of $120,000 to $160,000 per annum is offered, negotiable based on the preferred candidate’s experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and guide our team of developers, designers and other support staff to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Define project scope, functionality, timelines, resource allocation and budgets.
Oversee the maintenance and security of our technology infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations such as Australian Privacy Principles (APP) and Safer Technologies for Schools (ST4S).
Take ownership of all technology-related project matters, including infrastructure, systems development, security, and policy development.
Proactively seek ways to improve the design, functionality, and usability of our platforms.
Provide technical support and training to both internal team members and external customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure clear messaging regarding platform capabilities.
