**About You**
We are looking for a **Senior** **Project Manager** based in **Perth, Western Australia.**
This is a full-time role and reports to the Branch Manager of Western Australia.
In this role, you will be key in managing and administering Otis NE & Mod contracts according to Otis 'Sales Installation Process' (SIP).
**As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include**
+ Manage and Administer Otis NE & MODs contracts according to the Otis 'Sales Installation Process' (SIP).
+ Sets objectives and priorities, assigns and reviews tasks, performance, and staffing requirements, and maintains the resource plan.
+ Maintains a high-performance team by recruiting, developing, and motivating field labor, setting appropriate standards of performance, and coaching the team.
+ Ensures that Installation teams maintain approved site programs, attend site meetings, and exercise line authority over all allocated installation field labor.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, government inspectors, consultants, and within Otis to understand business challenges and recommend innovative integrated business solutions.
+ Ensures that reports, contract records, site diaries, accident reports, time sheets, and manpower charts are completed and submitted as required by Otis policies/procedures and state requirements.
+ Proactively reports project risk and deliverable issues and participates in monthly project reviews with the branch and head office
**What you will need to be successful**
+ A tertiary qualification in Building or Engineering and/or an Electrical or Mechanical Trade Certificate is preferred.
+ Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management of Lift and Escalator installations.
+ Engage frequently and effectively with various stakeholders within Sales, New Equipment, Contract Management, Builders, Consultants, and other project stakeholders.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Effective planning and organizational skills.
+ Be a self-starter who can work safely and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
+ Able to work autonomously and in a team with minimal supervision.

Join AECOM as a Defence Project Manager leading key projects across Western Australia while driving our Defence market strategy. We are looking for an Associate Director level candidate to deliver major initiatives, grow regional capability, and build strong relationships with clients and partners across the Defence sector.
**How you'll make a difference:**
+ Leading the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of high-value Defence infrastructure and consultancy projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and AECOM's quality standards.
+ Overseeing complex procurement and contract management processes in accordance with Defence policies and procedures, with a focus on value, compliance, and performance outcomes.
+ Acting as a trusted advisor and delivery partner to Commonwealth representatives, industry stakeholders, and internal technical teams - building credibility through your leadership, reliability, and deep domain knowledge.
+ Ensuring rigorous project governance by managing program schedules, budgets, risk profiles, and quality assurance processes - driving accountability and transparency across every phase of delivery.
**Qualifications**
**The qualities that help you thrive:**
+ A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management, with ideally 15+ years' experience in PMCA or similar project delivery roles within Defence or government environments. Local experience in Western Australia is highly regarded.
+ In-depth knowledge of Defence project and contract frameworks, including a strong understanding of the Defence Capability Lifecycle.
+ A proven track record in delivering multiple complex projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels through strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong commercial acumen, particularly in procurement, contract negotiation, and performance management.
+ Due to the nature of this role, Australian Citizenship is essential. A current Baseline Defence clearance is preferred, or eligibility to obtain an Australian Government security clearance is required.

**Job Description**
With continued growth across ANZ, the Resources and Industrial (R&I) team have opened an opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager with demonstrated mining, heavy industry and industrial experience to help drive the technical outcome for a range of projects and be a growth leader from our Perth office.
