**Day to day tasks would involve:**
* **Client & Market Leadership:** Be the trusted advisor clients seek, drive proactive engagement, and elevate our market brand.
* **Strategic Growth:** Drive market growth by identifying strategic opportunities, shaping bids, and leveraging industry trends to position the business as a technical and commercial leader.
* **Collaboration:** Foster cross-business collaboration to strengthen client relationships, share global expertise, and support project delivery through Communities of Practice and strategic leadership alignment.
* **Project Delivery:** Lead, review, and advise on key projects, ensuring efficiency and excellence in delivery.
* **People Leadership:** Collaborate closely with Business and Group Leaders to mentor emerging talent, identify strategic recruitment needs, and strengthen project delivery across the Business Centre.
**Qualifications**
**To be successful for this role you'll need:**
* Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Project management, Construction management or relevant technical qualification is desirable.
* Ideally 20 years of professional experience in civil engineering consulting or related disciplines.
* Proven leadership in the land development and infrastructure market.
* Professional registration in a related field.
* Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
+ Assume significant levels of responsibility for the various phases of project and transaction execution, new business development and overall growth of the firm
+ Work with clients, senior-level team members and outside professional advisors on M&A transactions
+ Work with clients on financing transactions and guide them through the capital raising process, including leading due diligence and drafting sessions and preparing them for an equity or debt offering
+ Responsible for drafting pitch materials, information memoranda, financial models, investor and management presentations
+ Oversee work being performed by analysts & associates assigned to projects, including managing and mentoring analysts by providing detailed guidance and feedback
Qualifications:
+ 6-10 years of experience
+ Experience in corporate finance / advisory
+ Degree in Finance or closely related area
+ Sector experience within power, utilities and / or infrastructure
