As a CBRE Investment Management Investment Analyst - Indirect Private Real Estate, you will be responsible for

**What you'll do;**
+ Provide detailed valuation and financial modelling, sensitivity analysis, DCF analysis, comparable analysis.
+ Prepare and present due diligence materials and investment memos.
+ Monitor CBRE GIP investments and ongoing performance and undertake client reporting.
+ Involvement with 3 critical areas of investment analysis and underwriting, investment monitoring and client portfolio management.

+ Bachelor's degree in business/economics/finance/investment or real estate with 3+ years' experience working in investment or professional services.

Job Background/Context:
Institutional Credit Management (ICM) is a critical component of Citi's First Line of defense for wholesale and counterparty credit risk management and works with Independent Risk teams to ensure best-in-class risk and controls, as well as client responsiveness. Key responsibilities of the group include credit analysis, documentation, risk identification, exposure monitoring and stress testing. ICM coordinates with credit management groups across ICG businesses to ensure full alignment on business and regulatory goals, as well as consistency and best practices where appropriate.
Counterparty Exposure (CPE) is a global team within ICM responsible for measuring, monitoring and controlling counterparty risk. To fulfill this role, a risk professional is required who has experience in market risk management and credit risk management areas, or has training in finance, mathematics or other quantitative fields.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Approve credit reviews as a first line of defense approver (Credit Officer CO/Senior Credit Officer SCO designation) including assessment of portfolio risk, liquidity of client positions, credit limits and risk appetite ratios for APAC Real Money Funds.
+ Maintain and manage credit exposures to clients across derivatives, financing and direct lending products.
+ Advise and approve large transactions or deals that require individual risk assessment
+ Work with Risk colleagues on risk mitigation at both inception of transactions and on an ongoing basis
+ Monitor client portfolios to ensure that risks are controlled - primarily credit risk arising from market sensitive exposure and liquidity risk
+ Work with Sales trading and clients to analyze client portfolios, propose counterparty risk limits and work with Credit risk management on getting limits approved
+ Perform daily and weekly risk analysis and reporting on existing client portfolios as well as customized risk analysis on new client portfolios
+ Communicate key findings to senior management.
+ Work with business managers and In-Business Risk teams on margin model development, new product approvals and real-time monitoring and controls
+ Analyzing control environment including periodic review of the control environment, vetting of new systems, processes, policies and procedures associated and related to market and/or credit risk and ensuring they are in sync with market practices.
+ Utilize risk management tools for the measurement, monitoring and management of exposure.
+ Represent the department to various independent risk teams, auditors and regulatory agencies on issues related to counterparty risk and controls.

Overview SOSi is currently seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join our team in Canberra, Australia. The customer based out of Honolulu, Hawaii creates, manages, and supports IT solutions for USINDOPACOM, its mission and its 5,000+ customers throughout the Pacific theater. Our team solves challenging technical problems that enables our customer to realize critical and time sensitive C2 strategies. Essential Job Duties As a Systems Engineer at SOSi, you will be a key component to a team responsible for engineering Command and Control IT solutions in support of USINDOPACOM, related component commands, and relevant operational objectives. You will assist and lead in the development of systems to ensure that our enterprise infrastructure and private cloud platform, is healthy and manageable. The selected candidate for this position should be well-versed in Department of Defense (DoD) protocols, procedures, and regulations, to include Government Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) mandates. The candidate should have foundational knowledge of Data Centric Security Principals, technologies and their implementations. The position is expected to regularly interact with senior DoD personnel, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and to prepare and deliver executive-level briefings/IPRs to interested parties as required. Assess, design, and roadmap development for the implementation or integration of ZTA solutions. Assess, design, and roadmap development for the implementation or integration of Data Centric Security solutions. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Design, develop, and refine product solutions for integration into the combat system.
+ Conduct verification and validation activities, including the creation of test procedures in support of formal and informal test events.

+ Experience working in agile or waterfall project environments and the ability to work autonomously or with minimal supervision to deliver completed work according to scheduled commitments
