# Job Summary:
In this role, you will lead a document, records, and information management (DRIM) team to analyze, recommend, map, and implement work processes through to project completion. You will implement, support and troubleshoot the ECMS (Enterprise Content Management Systems). You will develop metrics, prepare progress reports, and assist with training, assessments, and improvements. Your leadership will guide the team to execute successful document and records management services.
# Major Responsibilities:
**Level 1**
+ Leads a medium sized document, records & information management (DRIM) team
+ Manages the document and records management team to include analyze, recommend, map and implement document and/or records management work processes and data flows through full turnover to client
+ Assists with training, implementation, assessments and improvements
+ Develops metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of processes
+ Establishes procedures and work instructions for document development, distribution and retention
**Level 2**
+ Leads a large project document, records & information management (DRIM) team
+ Works with Project team, functional teams, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure procedures and work processes are delivering the level of information required
+ Leads training, implementation, assessments and improvements
+ Prepares monthly progress reports for functional management
+ Monitors work of support and/or professional personnel
+ Establishes records formats as required by contract and storage requirements/methods
+ Develops ongoing improvement of processes, where this is shown to be necessary, using Six Sigma methodologies
# Education and Experience Requirements:
**Level 1**
+ Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
**Level 2**
+ Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Must be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills including grammar, spelling, punctuation, and proper use of syntax.
+ Must have a minimum of eight years' experience in document control preferably with Aconex. Experience must have been obtained within recent years.
+ Must be able to demonstrate intermediate to advanced proficiency using web-based file transfer applications, such as SharePoint Online or OneDrive.
+ Must be able to demonstrate basic to intermediate proficiency using standard office automation and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and Power BI. Skills assessessments to determine proficiency level may be administered

The Data Management Controller is responsible for performing the day-to-day delivery of Technical Data activities on the KC-30A Through Life Support Program, which supports the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) KC-30A Multi Role Transport Tanker platform.

Our target market is the buy, sell side and increasingly Private Markets (Private Equity, Direct Lending, Real Estate, Venture/Growth, FOF and Institutional Investors).
**Responsibilities and Impact:**
+ Drive expected value out of new business target region/market across Australia while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients
+ Identify and qualify prospects via: targeted networking, internal Sales Development Resources, regional leadership initiatives, existing client relationships, phone prospecting, and email
+ Continually develop new prospects to build and manage a sustainable pipeline of opportunities
+ Retain existing clients through regular engagement, issue management and value creation
+ Identify the prospect buying behavior and orient our proven sales process for the prospect to drive the prospect toward a decision
+ Uncover key components of value for the various prospect stakeholders to drive 'Why' the prospect is interested in SPG MI ES Solutions and then demonstrate how we able to solve the prospect's business issues
+ Work closely with our Pre-Sales Engineers team to demonstrate the business case, facilitate information gathering and match that to the prospects needs through multiple in person, social and professional engagements
+ Collaborate across all teams (services, training, support, and product)
This is a hybrid position within our team with responsibility for new business and client retention across our customer segment. This role is focused on new customer acquisition, as well as cross-selling existing S&P Global MI customers with our Solutions capabilities. The EDM Solutions sales team is a fast paced, highly collaborative and results-driven group within S&P Global 's most strategic and fastest growing division. We are looking for an experienced sales specialist who is passionate about customer relationships and strategic selling.
**What We're Looking For:**
**Basic Required Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a sales specialist focusing on new customer acquisition
+ Experience and connections in the Australian market are essential
+ Experienced Data Management / Enterprise Solutions Sales
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for consultative-selling techniques
+ Ability to manage complex sales and client negotiations
+ Strong time management and project management skills
+ Team player and willing to progress in a rapidly growing environment
+ Ability to inspire and influence peers and colleagues across the firm
+ Exceptional organization skills
+ Working with legal and sales management to accurately deliver proposals and contracts
+ Ability to work collaboratively within a matrix organization
+ Available to travel within Australia and potentially overseas
**Additional Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Software Solutions selling experience
+ Network of Investment Managers (e.g. asset management firms, investment consulting firms, pension funds, insurance companies)
