**About The Role**
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our HR recruitment and administration functions. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, for all retail and wholesale store roles across your nominated states for Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and Van Heusen.
Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street 2000, this is a 12-month parental leave contract working full-time from home and in the office weekly.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Manage recruitment, selection, and appointment of positions following contemporary recruitment methodologies and organisational policies
+ Liaise with client group businesses and line managers to understand staffing needs
+ Conduct competency-based interviews and assessments Complete all pre-employment checks, including Visa documentation and police checks
+ Facilitate completion of appointment and other associated documentation in relation to onboarding of new employees.
+ Maintain HRIS systems and troubleshoot as needed
+ Assist with reporting on turnover, training, exit data, and recruitment response rates
+ Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies, colleges, and universities
+ Understand and interpret any relevant Award and/or employment legislation ensuring compliance
+ Support the development of recruitment strategies and materials for presentations, job fairs, and open days
+ Provide current information to managers and employees on recruitment techniques, employee remuneration, and legislation
**Skills & Experience**
+ Appropriate tertiary qualifications and demonstrated relevant Human Resources professional experience.
+ Prior end to end recruitment experience within a retail environment preferred
+ Experience using Workday or other HRIS preferable.
+ Experience with Payroll systems, Sage MicrOpay and Human Force preferred.
+ Competent in using MS Office suite of programs.
+ Attention to detail with sound numerical and analytical skills.
+ Ability to prioritise and negotiate deadlines and develop creative effective solutions to resolve human resources challenges and issues.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to facilitate and present to a range of stakeholders.
+ Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based work environment.

Overview
As a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition - Australasia / SEA, you'll be the trusted recruitment partner for our Sydney hub and broader Australasia / Southeast Asia region, reporting directly to the Manager, Talent Acquisition - APAC. You will lead full cycle hiring across technology, sales, product and corporate functions, partnering closely with regional and global stakeholders to translate business priorities into targeted sourcing strategies.
This role sits at the heart of our APAC Talent Acquisition team, giving you the autonomy to drive innovative talent campaigns while drawing on Mastercard's global expertise and resources to attract top-tier candidates.
What You'll Do
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: End-to-end talent acquisition for Australasia and Southeast Asia, partnering with Hiring Managers, People Business Partners and APAC stakeholders to understand business needs and craft hiring strategies.
- Direct & Creative Sourcing: Build talent pipelines using Boolean searches, referrals, social media, community events and referral programmes.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Advise on market insights, job design and candidate assessment; collaborate with Global Compensation, Mobility and Talent teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Recruitment Marketing: Develop and execute targeted campaigns to position Mastercard as an employer of choice.
- Metrics & Reporting: Monitor key success metrics and uphold data accuracy across our talent acquisition systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process enhancements, participate in ad-hoc TA projects and share best practices across the APAC and Global teams.
Who You Are
- Experience in-house or agency full-cycle recruiting, experience in global, matrixed financial services/fintech/technology organisations is advantageous but not essential.
- Expert in direct sourcing and candidate engagement (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/Workday).
- Strong communicator both verbal and written with a customer-service mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions, deliver to tight SLAs and influence at all levels.
