Job Description
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be looking after:
+ Hands on, day to day managing of the Food & Beverage department
+ Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them
+ Coach and develop our food & beverage team through regular feedback and goal setting
+ Managing food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices
+ Multitasking to oversee our Redsalt Restaurant, Lume Bar, banquets, and room service offering
+ Drive departmental profitability by effectively managing procurement, inventory, and labour costs.
About you:
+ Experience working in a similar leadership role in a hotel
+ Strong communicator and able to balance priorities
+ Understanding of budgeting, cost control and rostering
+ Available to work a rotating roster, this includes evenings, weekends and Public Holidays
+ Must have working rights for Australia
+ Current RSA, and First Aid (including CPR) certifications.
