You will be living in a vibrant regional city located in the Murrumbidgee River region of New South Wales. As the largest inland city in NSW you are ideally situation right in the middle of Sydney and Melbourne making it the perfect base if you wanted to be close enough to both of these main cities.

You will be working in one of the largest regional hospitals in NSW which provides a comprehensive range of medical services to the Riverina and Murray regions.
On your time off there is loads to do including the beautiful botanic gardens, lake albert a popular spot for walks, picnics and sailing and the memorial gardens for a relaxing place to wonder.

Job details
- 6-12 week casual agency contract
- Commencing in the next 2-4 weeks
- Up to $60.46 per hour (1.0FTE RN 1.8) + shift penalties + 11.5% superannuation
- $WEEKLY BONUS
- Meal and incidental allowance 141.15 PER DAY

Our client is looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their dedicated aged care team. In this role, you will help residents live with dignity, independence and wellbeing, while working in a supportive and respectful community environment. You will be responsible for delivering safe and high-quality clinical care, managing medications, monitoring health conditions and providing hands-on nursing support tailored to each resident’s individual needs. Skills & Experience
• C rrent registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse. < r>• M nimum one year of practical nursing experience, ideally in residential or community aged care. < r>• N IS Worker Screening Check (current or dated within five years). < r>• F lly vaccinated for influenza (annually) and COVID-19. < r>• D monstrated understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and person-centred care principles. < r>• S rong teamwork and leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. < r>• O n reliable transport. < r>• C mmitment to long-term employment in a caring, community-focused aged care setting. < r>

Job details:
- Base rate of $47 per hour, base rate (increases dependent on your experience) + 30% shift penalty loading on top of this.
- Permanent role, approximately 76 hours per fortnight
- Evening Shift Only - 11pm - 7am

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to best practice guidelines.
- Monitor and manage residents' health conditions, promptly addressing any changes or concerns.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
