Responsibilities
+ Developing, selling, implementing, and evaluating business plans to meet or exceed financial goals
+ Collaborating with multi-functional teams to develop strategies and plans
+ Managing and improving distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising
+ Translate business plans into measurable selling points for the customer
+ Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts and sell mutually effective business plans
+ Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new insights
+ Provide input into retailer category strategy
Job Qualifications
+ Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or NZ Residents
+ Currently completing final year of a Bachelor's degree or recent graduate
+ Passion for stakeholder management and communication
+ Must have an Australian's Drivers License
+ Experience in FMCG or Retail industry is preferred
+ Have a minimum credit average across your University results
+ Strong leadership experience, i.e. leadership positions in clubs, team, societies etc.
+ Well-rounded life experience i.e. involved in & contributes to the community
+ A collaborative team player with a real passion for winning
+ Possess an analytical mind, who can think strategically and foster innovation in all areas of their work

Our Penfolds Graduate Program
Join us as a Commercial Graduate! We aim to provide you with the ideal environment to foster your passions, and strengths and fast-track your career.
You will immerse into our commercial teams to deliver on key tasks and assist on projects that will support the execution of our Penfolds business growth plans.
This is an 18-month program with three rotations of 6 months each:
+ ANZ Sales
+ Commercial Strategy and Planning
+ Marketing
During your rotations, you will build a broad knowledge base and deepen your skillset, whilst forming professional networks to develop your career.
This is a full-time paid program for recent graduates and students graduating in 2025 (and up to two years prior). You will be a permanent employee of TWE, so you will move into a permanent role after the program finishes.

Our Corporate Finance Graduate Program
Join us as a Finance Graduate! We aim to provide you with the ideal environment to foster your passions, and strengths and fast-track your career.
Finance is an integral part of how we deliver at TWE, so you will be at the heart of helping us achieve our ambition of becoming the world's most desirable luxury wine company. Our finance team actively contributes to managing business performance and works cross-functionally to help grow our profit.
This is a 24-month program with four rotations of 6 months each:
+ Divisional Data & Analytics: Data Analyst
+ Treasury Collective: Commercial Finance
+ Corporate Finance: Financial Performance & Analysis
+ Penfolds: Revenue Management

As a participant in the S3 academy Channel Sales program, you will be responsible for selling NetApp's Portfolio through NetApp Distributors and their aligned Channel Partners, primarily targeting the NetApp Territory Commercial space.
