- Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for group/catering sales opportunities.
- Supports brand's Service and Relationship Strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.

- Executes brand's Customer Service Standards and property's Brand Standards.

**About Role**
**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
This role is responsible for achieving sales growth targets for Trojan Technologies UV disinfection treatment systems and services in the Australian municipal market. The role emphasizes highly effective tactical execution of funnel management and technical value selling at the project level as well as strategic sales and market development capabilities targeting promotion of UV and Trojan leadership to key stakeholders and influencers. While working from a home office, this autonomous role requires strong collaborative global team engagement, organization, problem solving / analytical skills and commercial/business acumen.
**What You'll Be Doing** **_(Job Responsibilities)_**
+ Develops and leads execution of monthly sales territory and project plans to track and achieve assigned growth targets and KPIs.
+ Solves problems with customers and stakeholders at a techno-economic level to develop and present the best UV solutions and offerings to meet the specified tender specifications. Leverages Trojan's global scale and leadership to influence specifications to best practices and current standards.
+ Leads the proposal development standard work process through collaboration with Trojan municipal application design, engineering and service teams.
+ Develops a network of customer and industry contacts in the territory to position Trojan brand as a leader and key member of the water management community.
+ Executes planned sales activities and documents in Trojan CRM, Salesforce.com (SFDC).
+ Manages all opportunities utilizing SFDC and following standard sales process steps.
+ Prepares and presents a monthly funnel review utilizing SFDC to demonstrate the quality of the funnel, activity plans and command of the account base.
+ Prepares and presents monthly forecast by accurately managing opportunity dates, value and probabilities in SFDC.
+ Establish and maintain relationships with engineering firms and other accounts that indirectly influence the buying decisions of the customer.
+ Collects and reports information on all competitive activity, business opportunities, sales trends and results within the assigned market providing input during monthly business review.
+ Participates in sales activities including customer site visits, telephone contacts, trade seminars and shows, product demonstrations/evaluations, customer seminars and channel management.
+ Provides key field input in corporate programs including market research, Kaizen events and equipment beta testing.
+ Supports Market Manager / Marketing as needed.
**What We Are Looking For** _(Skills & Qualifications)_
+ Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Environmental engineering is preferred
+ Minimum 12-15 years of experience in the water/wastewater industry
+ 4-5 years of experience in UV is a PLUS
+ Demonstrated ability to successfully perform when traveling >50% of time
+ Planning and implementing sales and business development plans
+ Strong internal and external negotiator and influencer
+ Problem solving; communication skills; presentation skills
+ Capability to travel extensively in region

**Position Overview**
To grow the Autodesk Construction business by using both direct sales and a channel sales ecosystem including closing deals directly by client engagement. You will use a strategic sales approach to create compelling events through Autodesk's unique value. Work as part of a team to identify and define customer goals, develop solutions proposals, set appropriate expectations, and coordinate hand offs to the implementation teams. Build relationships with strategic clients by coordinating all available resources to exceed customer expectations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Hire, train and lead a team of of 6-9 Account Executives (quota-carrying, outside sales reps) in your territory. These Account Executives will include dedicated Assigned Account Reps for the Enterprise and Mid-Market segments as well as Territory Reps.
+ Work with your team to quarterback bigger enterprise deals and lead them across the finish line.
+ Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position our range of solutions.
+ Guide your team in identifying "white space" in current accounts that have one ACS product in order to position and sell the rest of our product portfolio.
+ Help your team manage and qualify leads and pipeline, with accurate and timely responses and forecast.
+ Ensure CRM tools and Autodesk ACS methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunities.
+ Provide guidance and help coordinate your team's efforts with Business Development Reps and Product Specialists, who will have a "dotted-line" reporting relationship to you.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ At least 3-5 years of SaaS sales management experience
+ Results-driven with consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals
+ Both transactional and enterprise sales experience
+ You have unparalleled communication skills. You quickly establish rapport with people and establish value
