**Your role and responsibilities**
At IBM Consulting, you will have the opportunity to leverage your advanced SAP Security expertise to help clients navigate complex business challenges and opportunities. As an SAP Security Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and testing secure SAP systems, with a particular focus on GRC Access Controls.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Extensive demonstrable SAP IdM & GRC experience including:
* HANA
* Active Directory
* SCIM
* LDAP
* BO
* Identity Provisioning Service
* Identity Authentication Service
* 4 full end-to end project lifecycles
* Proven experience with complex Identity Management solutions
* Proven experience with integration of IDM solutions to HR solutions
* Comprehensive T-SQL skills
* Extensive JavaScript skills
* Hands on experience with SCIM
* Hands on experience with LDAP technologies
* Experience integrating IDM with
* Strong problem-solving skills to drive resolution of defects and issues by understanding client needs and presenting options to resolve the problem
* An ability to identify, develop and implement solutions to gaps to meet the needs of the business
* Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Applicants must have an active NV1 AGSVA clearance or can achieve NV1 clearance.
