**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**
As a Consultant in SAP Digital Finance, you will be part of a team which is focussed on securing our customers' success in the Digital Economy. Your role is to maximize the value our clients achieve from the adoption of SAP Financials solutions.
**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
SAP consultants are expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team, often alongside our Partners, as well as leading project teams and other engagements. They must adhere to the highest professional and technical standards and be able to develop strong relationships both internally and with our customers.
Your role will include: 
+ Financials solution consulting across the entire lifecycle of a project
+ Reviews of customers' solutions and ad hoc engagements, including presales activities, developing customer solutions and estimates
+ Developing a deep knowledge of SAP's innovations for Finance, particularly S/4HANA and related Cloud extension solutions plus passionately articulating their value to our customers.
+ Provision of strategic advice on solution architecture and adoption roadmaps
+ Delivering profitable projects for SAP using the Activate methodology and leveraging accelerators such as our packaged Services and Best Practises, as well as working with our offshore delivery centres.
**WORK EXPERIENCE**
+ At least 10 years of SAP implementation experience in core SAP Finance solutions
+ Demonstrated experience providing strategic guidance to customers, performing reviews and working on sales opportunities
+ Experience across a range of industries and countries
+ Team lead or project management experience
+ Experience working across multiple ends to end projects 
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
+ Expert knowledge of core SAP Finance modules FI and CO, plus their integration to other SAP modules and products. Professional Level Certification in at least one of these modules
+ As well as functional knowledge, SAP Consultants must be able to provide expert business process knowledge and apply this to each customer, as well as understanding the specific features of their industry
+ Broad experience of S/4HANA Finance and related components, including Fiori
+ Knowledge of Financial reporting tools and SAC Planning would be a plus
+ Process modelling experience
+ Knowledge of SAP BTP based Financials solution extensions and innovations
+ Experience with SAP Activate project methodology and accelerators, including Best Practises
+ Exceptional consulting skills including the ability to work independently, manage priorities and communicate effectively at all levels of the customer organization

**Position Summary:**
The Business Analyst will excel in Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), presenting both consulting and development skillsets. They will work closely with business stakeholders through completing consulting led IPA process assessments, documenting business processes, communicating to development teams on requirements and having experience in agile IPA delivery.
They will collaborate with a client to enable them to deliver and scale IPA solutions. They will play a critical role in the growth of the Cognizant team and its IPA capability across ANZ.
They will combine the skills of data analysis with a deep understanding of Lean methodologies and process improvement, focusing on extracting insights from data and discovery workshops to identify and eliminate inefficiencies within business operations, streamlining workflows and optimizing processes for maximum efficiency and productivity. 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant professional experience can also be considered in lieu of a degree.
2. Proven experience as a SAP Basis Consultant, preferably in a leadership role, with a strong background in SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and/or SAP S/4HANA.
3. In-depth understanding of SAP Basis administration, including system monitoring, performance tuning, security management, and backup/recovery procedures.
4. Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP Solution Manager, and other related technologies.
5. Familiarity with SAP HANA Administration and Database Management Systems is required.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think logically.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
