Working hours: Full time or part time
Salary offer: $75k - $100k per annum (depending on experience)

- Deliver engaging, family-centred therapy to children, teens and young adults
- Support clients with speech, language, literacy, and social communication needs
- Work flexibly across the clinic, homes, schools, and daycares
- Write clear, meaningful reports and collaborate with other professionals
- Make a direct, positive impact on a child’s communication skills so they can reach their full potential
- Work closely with families, caregivers, and professionals to support each child’s unique goals
- Be part of a team that values respect, empathy, learning, and collaboration
You’ll be supported through:
- Weekly clinical supervision + peer support
- A genuine, inclusive team culture that celebrates growth
- Supportive environment for growth and professional development
YOU’RE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU:
- Are a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP)
- Hold a current WWCC , a driver’s licence, and own transport
- Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Pathology (essential)
- Love working with children and families in dynamic settings
- Have strong communication skills , curiosity, and a growth mindset
- Are flexible, compassionate, and keen to make a difference
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Autism, AAC, or developmental delays
- Interest in early intervention and play-based therapy
