# Job Summary:
In this role, you will assist Subcontract Administrators in completion of routine duties, closeout, data gathering, document preparation, presentations, and training sessions. You will prepare status reports, monitor areas of subcontract performance, and inquire on and investigate subcontract problems. Your work will contribute to efficient project execution and compliance with contractual obligations.
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Acts on own initiative on assigned subcontracts of increasing value and complexity
+ Develops and issues subcontracts and services agreements as assigned
+ Prepares bidders' lists and pre-qualifies bidders
+ Forms bid request packages and issues bid request packages to approved bidders
+ Coordinates bidders' questions and answers to those questions
+ Receives bids and evaluates bids commercially
+ Prepares Commercial Bid Summary and recommendations
+ Recommends and secures approvals in accordance with established procedures
+ Prepares subcontract documents for execution
+ Prepares and organizes assigned meetings, such as pre-bid, bid clarification and pre-award meetings, for the purpose of ensuring complete understanding and agreement between Bechtel, the customer and contractor on all contractual matters
+ After reviewing plan and agenda with supervisor, conducts meeting and prepares and issues meeting notes delineating important statements, required actions and schedules
# Education and Experience Requirements:
+ Typically requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Basic knowledge of contract management for multi-disciplinary firms for major infrastructure projects.
+ Skill in working and communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, with other project functional groups.
+ Working knowledge of engineering/construction industry contracting practices, applicable commercial regulations and practices, and Bechtel policies, procedures and work practices.

**Your New Role and Responsibilities**
We have an opportunity with one of our key programs providing support and maintenance of a large enterprise environment spanning multiple locations (ideally you will have an NV1 Security Clearance). This role will see work within a high-performance leveraged team working across a wide range of technologies.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Systems Administrator, your role will perform some or all the following functions as individual assignments or as part of a team:
+ System and Software Management: Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain computer systems, operating systems, services, and standard company software using customised in-house toolsets; deploy solutions in line with organisational standards and project requirements (e.g., PC Migration Project).
+ User Support and Troubleshooting: Provide deskside support for various applications, Citrix environments, printing and LRS issues; assist with data backup and recovery; carry out troubleshooting and fault remediation activities.
+ Account and Directory Services: Create and maintain various Active Directory (AD) account types, ensuring proper access and user management.
+ Process and Documentation Management: Create, update, and amend process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles to support IT operations and end-user guidance.
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with users and key business stakeholders, providing subject matter expertise and resolving technical issues and user requests.
**Qualifications & Experience**
Coupled with your education and/or experience, you have exposure to some of the below tools and methodologies:
+ Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated high-level skill with Microsoft technologies including Windows 10, Office, Teams, Skype for Business, desktop and laptop hardware (HP, Dell), Cisco phones, and iOS mobility solutions.
+ Infrastructure and Systems Expertise: Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange, Office 365 (O365), Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and LRS systems.
+ Scripting and Automation: Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management tasks.
+ Systems Management Tools: Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Ivanti for device and software management.
+ ITIL and Best Practice Frameworks: Solid understanding of ITIL processes and their application within IT service management.

**Reports to (position): Dialysis Clinic Manager**
**Primary purpose of the role:**
+ To provide high quality level of reception and secretarial services to the patients, and staff at the clinic in a caring and supportive manner.
+ To support the nursing staff in the dialysis clinic by performing non-clinical duties relating to direct and indirect and patient care.
**Key Responsibilities**
**General Administration**
+ Answer the switchboard in a courteous and professional manner.
+ Liaise with patients and their families in a compassionate manner.
+ Perform general clerical and administrative tasks as required i.e. filing, minute taking, agenda creation.
+ Responsible for petty cash dispersal and reconciliation.
+ Responsible for maintaining the levels of and ordering general office supplies.
+ Actively participates in the quality improvement program.
+ Coordinate the use of the centre for physicians and/or public hospital visiting staff.
+ Act as a contact point for IT issues in the clinic.
+ Collate and forward state statistics and internal Clinics statistics as required.
+ Data entry as required.
+ Manage accounts payable processing for the Clinic.
+ Liaise with maintenance contractors to enhance the operational work area and ensure compliance with the occupational health and safety policy.
+ Provide administrative support for the Clinical Advisory Committee (where applicable).
+ Organise transport for patients to and from the dialysis clinic.
+ Book and manage appointments for patients.
+ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Manager.
**Billing Administration**
+ To ensure that all necessary forms for new patients are completed and correctly loaded into the centralized billing system.
+ Prepare and collate all required supporting documentation required to accompany invoices.
+ Undertake banking procedures for all cheque and cash payments.
+ Prepare and maintain an accurate record management system of all patient records.
+ Prepare and maintain reconciliation records.
+ Forward ISIS data to State related Health Commission on a monthly basis.
+ Forward HCP data to Private Health Funds on a monthly basis.
**Competencies** (attitude, skills, typical qualifications & experience)
**Essential:**
+ Minimum 2 years' experience in an Administration position.
+ Intermediate computer competence in MS Office.
+ Experience in health fund Billing Administration.
+ Excellent Customer Service skills.
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to operate within a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.
+ Work with confidentiality, discretion and maturity.
+ Ability to multi-task in an at times busy and stressful environment.
+ Ability to prioritise tasks around interruptions and unplanned events.
+ Knowledge of Infection Control / Hygiene principles and implementation of this knowledge into daily practice.
