+ Reviewing and approving Process Validation / Equipment Validation documents promptly, including Microbial Mapping validation protocols, resin re-use protocols, cleaning validation protocols, new equipment, etc.

+ QA Approval of quality records including but not limited to; Deviations, CAPAs, Audit findings etc.
+ Reviewing and endorsing QA controlled documents within the Quality Management System.
+ Supports compliance to systems timeframes for raising, processing or performing associated tasks (i.e. Change Control actions, DR investigations, processing CAPAs).
+ Issuing protocols as required to other departments.
+ Updating SOPs and other documents to meet current regulatory and corporate standards.
+ Serving as a resource to the operational areas on quality-related issues.
+ Identification of continual improvement opportunities.
+ Participating in Risk Assessments.
+ Any other legitimate duties requested by QA Manager.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ Tertiary Academic level in a relevant field (Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmacology, or equivalent).
+ At least 3 years of experience in a GMP regulated setting.
+ Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance within a GMP-regulated setting is preferred.
**Skills & Attributes**
+ Knowledge of pharmaceutical cGMP quality systems and international cGMP regulations and guidelines.
+ Strong communication skills.
+ Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

The Inventory Officer is accountable to the Inventory Lead to support development and proactive management of the inventory requirements across the vessels lifecycle - underpinning the availability of the ships to Navy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Support material management planning and scheduling, including analysis and the optimisation of inventory holdings and locations.
+ Meet customer requirements for both internal and external, including stock level maintenance and fleet management.
+ Maintain Raytheon Australia's export control compliance across all Material Support functions.
+ Being comfortable with technology and systems, you will work to maintain data integrity of the inventory management systems and logistics databases in support of Program requirements.
+ Working with the SPO Sourcing Team to ensure the efficient procurement and repair of inventory to maintain the established stock levels.
+ Support to audit and quality assurance controls across the supply chain function to ensure compliance to policy.
**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
+ Requires a Certificate IV in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Distribution (or equivalent experience).
+ Minimum 3 years' experience with inventory management operations. Experience within a Defence environment preferred.
+ Computer literacy including the use of inventory management systems, eg SAP, Maximo, EAGLE or MILIS, Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
