Role
- The Business Development Role for Mastercard Services is responsible to influence networking and to drive sales process. He/She is an active team member who looks after clients largely independent and runs projects or a big piece of a very large project.
- Translate market development objectives into sales strategies for an assigned portfolio of Divisional Key Client accounts
- Perform comprehensive analysis to establish deep understanding of Client needs and potential solutions to identify the most critical aspects of a problem
- Identify new business opportunities with key clients and communicate to executives to pursue
- Build relationships and network with internal and external stakeholders, influencers, sponsors and decision-makers to enable relevant support is aligned with core business objectives
- Manage the sales cycle and related processes from client needs identification through contractual development and execution incl. writing well-structured and persuasive proposals
- Develop sales-support materials (i.e. presentations, business cases etc) that articulate the compelling nature of Mastercard Services qualitatively and quantitatively to address client challenges
- Ensure engagement quality, leading post-implementation review activities and follow-on opportunity identification
- Apply business acumen to identify proactively new business opportunities and support corporate initiatives to combine multiple product offerings to serve client needs more broadly
- Manage and/or Contribute to project delivery efforts utilising core consultancy skills and industry knowledge (e.g. perform Project Management or subject matter expertise input responsibilities as appropriate)
- Participate in recruiting, training and developing others
- Create intellectual capital (e.g. white papers on specialist industry topics) to increase the value proposition of Mastercard Services
Additional Comments:
- Working with all the Issuers to understand their needs and pain points
- Identify what Mastercard can do to solve pain points, make a compelling pitch, create the statement of work and close the deal.
- Work with the delivery team and make sure it stays on track. They will handover but are still involved in all the key deliverable meetings, all the critical meetings (still being delivered, client is happy etc)

We are an independent, not-for-profit community legal service, one of Australia's leading and largest remote civil law practices that predominantly supports aboriginal communities. No two days will look the same in this role, but a typical day might entail:

Coordinating the provision of legal information, advice, assistance, casework, and representation to clients across the Kimberley region.Managing East Kimberley legal staff, including performance reviews, professional development planning and delivery, and providing management support to the wider team.Providing supervision and review of all casework.Coordinating the involvement of our solicitors in community legal education, providing training and support to staff in the provision of legal information.Participating in community networks and build/maintaining relationships with referring agencies, key organisations, community leaders, and local people relevant to legal issues.Developing and delivering outreach programs and services within a community development framework, including liaison and relationship building with financial services and social work teams. We are searching for someone who can meet most of the following:
