Our team works on large-scale clean energy (Port Bonython Hydrogen Hub, Adelaide), boating infrastructure (Clump Point Boat Ramp, North Queensland), wharf and port infrastructure (Port of Brisbane, Wharf 11 & 12), and remediation of valuable public assets (Central Pier, Melbourne).
This role will see you leveraging your existing coastal engineering experience, to deliver everything from concept designs through to construction phase support. + Significant experience with coastal modelling software (desirable skillset: DELFT-3D, SWAN, MIKE)
+ Significant experience working with the local governments, port clients and/or the Defence sector
+ Familiarity with Australian design codes and guidelines
+ Actively driving innovation within the team and providing supervision, guidance and mentoring to less experienced colleagues
+ Ability to project manage and/or design manage large maritime projects; or teams within larger multidisciplinary projects.
+ Ability to actively engage with clients, pursue and position for opportunities and leverage existing connections to win work
+ Chartered Professional Engineer (or ability to get chartership within agreed timeframe)
+ Tertiary degree qualifications in Civil or Structural Engineering
+ Eligibility for Australian Government security clearance
Don't meet every requirement? That's OK. We are growing our team with a range of diverse and varied professionals. If you don't meet the experience above, but still think you can contribute to the team, we encourage you to apply and have a chat to us.
