**Your New Role and Responsibilities**
This is a customer facing role which supports a key customer capability primarily based at the customer site in Melbourne CBD.
This role is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of project definition, planning and execution. This includes developing detailed project proposals, plans, managing resources and schedules, and ensuring that deliverables meet contractual and stakeholder requirements.
Key Responsibilities: -
+ Lead and manage multiple concurrent Survey & Quote (S&Q) projects from development through to submission.
+ Coordinate end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
+ Engage with customers to gather and clarify project requirements.
+ Collaborate with technical teams to scope, cost, and deliver proposals.
+ Communicate project status, risks, and improvements to stakeholders while driving continuous process enhancement.
What You'll Bring to Make An Impact
+ Extensive experience in project management, ideally in government, defence, aerospace, or IT sectors.
+ Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent qualification.
+ Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple technical projects in hybrid Waterfall/Agile environments.
+ Excellent communication skills for reporting, proposal development, and stakeholder engagement.
