The role is a dedicated administration role. Working as part of the Asia Pacific HR Services Team your responsibilities will include administration tasks such as using templates and tools to draft employment agreements and variations of employment, onboarding new hires using our Redcarpet onboarding tool, updating and managing our Oracle HR information system, and other employee related correspondence.
We use the Oracle system for our ANZ staff and a separate system, Enterprise One for our staff in Taiwan and China. From time to time, you will also need to provide support and backup assistance for our wider HR Team and Asia Pacific HR Services Administration team who use the same systems and processes.
**About you:**
You will be a driven and passionate administrator. You will have around five years of administration experience with advanced skills in Word and PowerPoint and an intermediate level of Excel. You will be organised, accurate and timely in the delivery of work as prioritising your day is second nature. You will be working with supportive, caring, experienced and high performing team and know when to use your initiative and when to get a second opinion. You will require sound interpersonal skills to work effectively with the HR Team and with operations staff. A high level of proficiency with Microsoft office (word and excel) is essential and exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP would be an advantage but is not essential as full on the job training will be provided. You will however need to be able learn quickly and enjoy working with systems in a busy environment.

Position Summary:
+ Assist guests arriving and departing the hotel through the check in and departure process
+ Handle general enquiries, engage and inspire guests through each guest experience
+ Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings
+ Support your Front Office team with general operational tasks
+ Take guest reservations and perform cash handling & credit card responsibilities
+ Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, know it inside and out to exceed guest expectations and fuel their curiosity

+ Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures and complete all required tasks in a prompt & thorough manner

+ Securely park guest cars, deliver bags and amenities in accordance with the hotel policies

# Job Summary:
In this role, you will conduct field investigations and client interviews to determine work scope and cost estimates for a project's mechanical aspects. You will lead design, development, modification, and evaluation of mechanical components and processes. Your recommendations will resolve technical issues and ensure the unique and complex requirements of a project's mechanical aspects are met.
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Plans and conducts independent mechanical work requiring judgment in the evaluation, selection, application and adaptation of mechanical engineering techniques, procedures and criteria on a medium size project or assignment in support of a global business unit
+ Leads the design, development, modification and evaluation of mechanical components and processes utilizing relevant Engineering Department Procedures (EDPs), design standards and guides, and Bechtel Standard Application Programs (BSAPs)
+ Communicates complex technical issues and recommends solutions to upper management
+ Develops conceptual designs for mechanical engineering projects or projects having specialized or unique requirements
+ Supports preparation of estimates, staffing needs and schedules
+ Prepares or oversees the preparation of discipline estimates and work plan in accordance with project scope, schedule and budget, and supports implementation and assists with performance reporting
+ Interprets new or special regulations, codes, standards, criteria, and performance data
+ Coordinates with client representatives, as directed, to obtain their approval of mechanical aspects of the work
+ Conducts or leads special studies of new mechanical engineering methods, materials and techniques
+ Mentors mechanical engineering personnel by providing on-the-job training for their professional development. Provides input to and participates in special technical educational and training programs as directed
# Education and Experience Requirements:
+ Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Knowledge and experience with plumbing systems design including hot & cold water systems, drainage systems and hydronic systems.
+ Familiarity with applicable national and international plumbing design codes.
+ Familiarity with sustainability design requirements applicable to conservation of energy and water supplies and third party sustainability accreditation requirements such as LEED.
+ Understanding of airline industry and international regulatory codes, standards and design criteria relating to airport design.
+ Experience with integration of airport plumbing systems into building management systems.
+ Knowledge of interface management and the management of system to civil and system to system interfaces.
+ Possesses working knowledge and production ability with computer-aided drafting software, such as AutoCAD and Revit.
+ Possesses a working knowledge of BIM processes, including experience designing projects in BIM platforms, particularly Revit and Navisworks

**Role Description:** Providing Strategic business advice, Contract management and contract performance and Procurement support including contract advice, development, tender and evaluation the Commercial manager will be responsible for the following deliverables:
- Provide specialist commercial advice and strategic planning

- Contract performance management and compliance review

- Conduct and support on the job training for Defence personnel in relation to procurement methodologies, contracting options and tender development.
