**Your Career**
Service Delivery Leaders serve with an account-centric focus managing the customer lifecycle serving as the Voice of the Customer. In this role, you will operate as the point of contact for the post-sales journey driving adoption and consumption across the breadth of Palo Alto Networks' products. Account Customer Success Managers operate across Cyber, Cloud, and Network Ops technologies paired with subject matter experts. We work with customers to deliver value and maximize the security & value of their investments in Palo Alto Networks products. In this role, you will work closely with CISOs, CTOs, and Security, Cloud, Network and other technical teams throughout the world's largest and most well-known organizations.
**Your Impact**
+ Account Management - Key account ownership and relationship management for Palo Alto Networks' largest customers
+ Operate as primary point of contact for multiple product lines supporting the customer journey
+ Operating cross-functionally with clients, end user through C-suite, and internal partners across product lines - Cloud, DevSecOps, Network, and AI security
+ Customer Impact -Own customer planning, deployment, adoption, account-level reviews, and escalations

**Your Experience**

+ Specialization in software product and service delivery to strategic customers with an expertise in 1+ of the following areas : Cloud Security, DevSecOps, Network Security , Security Operations
+ Proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers, including the ability to interact with C-suite through client teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth

The Case Manager supports young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness through the delivery of our accommodation program. This role provides holistic, end-to-end case management—from intake to exit—offering advocacy, advice, and support. The focus is on helping clients access safe, stable, and affordable housing while addressing the underlying barriers that contribute to their housing instability.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Provide responsive, person-centred case management to support young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
- Develop, implement, and monitor case plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on realistic and needs-based goals.
- Coordinate referrals and advocate for clients to access appropriate services and supports.
- Support clients to build life skills, independence, and self-determination.
- Maintain accurate records and complete regular reporting in line with organisational and legislative requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and effective support.
- Assist with delegating tasks, managing service transactions, and attending relevant training and development activities.

Essential Requirements:

- Excellent time management and organisational skills , with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied caseload.
- Confident using office technology and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

This is a permanent part-time mobile role of at least 15 hours per week and opportunities to pick up additional shifts to work with participants in their homes across South-Western Sydney LGA (Campbelltown, Liverpool, Fairfield, etc.)

Job Description
This is a permanent part-time mobile role of at least 15 hours per week and opportunities to pick up additional shifts to work with participants in their homes across South-Western Sydney LGA (Campbelltown, Liverpool, Fairfield, etc.)
- SCHADS Level 2 base rate from $33.93 per hour with salary packaging benefits, penalty rates, and superannuation
- Salary packaging benefits up to $8,550 per year (pay less tax)
- Saturday 9am to 4pm is fixed and must be flexible to work across the week from 9am to 5pm depending on the requirement
Our service operates 7 days a week environment from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and occasionally weekends, e.g. Saturday 9am to 4pm and two more days with 4 hours per shift
Uniting is currently looking for flexible and dedicated Disability Support Workers to engage with participants living with various physical and mental disabilities under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) across their homes in Southwestern Sydney. If you possess a caring and compassionate nature, along with a "can do" attitude, and you genuinely seek a job where you can make a meaningful difference by building their capacity with daily living, we have a role that is suitable for you.
What you will be doing:
- Aiding with daily life activities and assistance for community support, such as attending a doctor’s appointment and shopping.
- Supporting individuals with their educational and work-related endeavours.
- Facilitating access to various community, social, and recreational activities.
- Assisting with transportation to enable access to daily activities and engagements.
Who we are looking for:
- Previous experience in psychosocial disabilities
- Good communication skills and ability to do case notes through a mobile phone
- Possession of a valid NSW Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Check
- NSW Driver’s license (can be on Green P Plates) , access to a reliable car and Comprehensive car insurance are required for the role.
- First Aid Certificate is also a necessary qualification.

- A Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support
