About the Opportunity
As Supply Chain Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and optimising our end-to-end supply chain. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll lead strategic procurement, inventory control, and purchasing operations while overseeing Noria, Warranty, Pool, and Logistics activities that keep our production and commercial goals on track. Key Responsibilities
As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading and optimising key supply chain functions across inventory, logistics, procurement, and team management to support production and commercial goals. Your main responsibilities will include:
Inventory Planning & Management:
- Develop and maintain accurate inventory forecasts aligned with business needs
- Balance customer demand with inventory levels to optimise availability and minimise excess stock
- Analyse consumption patterns, seasonal trends, and market dynamics
- Manage repairable and unserviceable inventory, including buy-back processes
- Monitor inventory usage to identify obsolescence risks and recommend solutions
- Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts, stocktakes, and proactive replenishment strategies
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues, improve service levels, and support sourcing initiatives
Logistics Management:
- Oversee transportation services, including providers, freight costs, customs compliance, and export controls
- Ensure timely delivery of products and materials while optimising shipping efficiency
- Support warehousing operations, including material handling, storage, and dispatch
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and warehouse processes
Purchasing & Procurement:
- Maintain accurate supplier records and oversee onboarding of new vendors
- Manage requests for quotations (RFQs) and source suppliers to meet business requirements
- Maintain purchase orders and monitor subcontracted repair activities
- Evaluate vendor performance against quality, delivery, and cost standards
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, coach, and manage the supply chain team to achieve high performance
- Manage staff qualifications, training, leave, and performance management
- Provide backup support to Procurement Coordinator, Warehouse Supervisor, and Noria/Warranty/Pool Coordinator as required

As the Operational and Ground Handling Lead for the Special Purpose Aircraft (SPA) Business Unit, you'll oversee all maintenance and support activities to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient aircraft operations. + Lead the Part 145 Maintenance Organisation to deliver compliant, high-quality maintenance outcomes.

Here at Amazon we're currently seeking for experienced Operations Managers to join our Customer Fulfillment team at our Robotics Fulfillment Center in Kemps Creek.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of the AU Fulfillment Center (FC) leadership team during its phase of expansion and growth, whereby you get to define the process flows and shape up standard work routines as the operations scale up.
As an Operations Manager, you'll deliver inspiring, inclusive leadership for the teams you supervise. But at the same time, you don't shy away from getting involved whenever necessary.
You'll be directly responsible for supervising a team of Area Managers and their direct reports: meanwhile, you will report to the Site Lead of your Fulfillment Center. The quality of your leadership is key to achievement in this role: you'll motivate and inspire your teams to do their best work, while planning schedules and activities that balance their needs with that of the business.
Another key aspect of your role will be to coordinate on numerous process improvement projects, with the aim of streamlining all activities, both for yourself and the team members you supervise. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Brisbane as a Senior Operations Manager on a 13 month contract. This role involves a diverse array of tasks including managing daily operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless workflow within the department. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong interest in the property sector.
**About the role**
+ Provide full administrative support and assistance to the National leasing team, as required
+ Manage and process invoices on behalf of the brokerage team through CBRE's invoicing platform
+ Reporting for cost recovery, deals, expenses, disbursements, travel, revenue,
+ supply chain etc
+ Manage and send Request for Information briefs (RFI's) on behalf of the team
+ Update property availability data in CBRE's property database MIQ
+ Draft, review and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
+ Organise meetings and aid with the organisation of both team and client functions
+ Maintain the team's calendars and ensure awareness of daily/weekly movements and aid when necessary
**About you**
+ Demonstrated experience in a similar role. Previous experience in property is highly beneficial but not essential
+ Strong organisational skills, the ability to problem solve and prioritise multiple tasks
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders
+ Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
+ Experience in core Microsoft packages - particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
