About The Role
Reporting to a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the construction program and ensuring that key milestones are met. You will supervise all onsite activity and ensure all company safety standards are met. You will work through any design and constructability issues with design consultants and the Project Manager. You will also manage a Foreman, Leading Hand and OH&S labourer.
About You
To be considered for this role you will ideally have new build commercial experience and have excellent stakeholder management skills. You will ideally have delivered a project from start to finish and ideally have tower crane experience.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Dimboola Site Manager will be responsible for managing the operations at origination site, seeking operational excellence on 5 fundamentals of risk management, plant efficiency, talent pool management, maintenance & reliability and capital management.
The Site Manager will provide strategic operational oversight for all production operating facilities with moderate presence in multiple regions or moderate degree of complexity. **Key Accountabilities**
+ Execute routine operations of assigned area, ensuring direct reports are following policies and procedures related to employee, food and feed safety and environmental compliance.
+ Monitor production outcomes, quantity, and quality to ensure customer and food safety requirements are within specifications.
+ Partner with production supervisors to meet customer specifications and timeline.
+ Administer production budget for a department, process, or shift and executes purchase orders and ensures timely payment of invoices
+ Develop operational plans and monitors routine operations for all production processes for multiple departments, processes and shifts.
+ Develop, supervise and provide coaching to direct reports including coaching company core values and guiding principles for assigned facilities or region.

Bechtel has been engaged to undertake a Feasibility Study through to EPCM construction and commissioning by one of our key clients. **About the role**
+ Our Hydrogen Peroxide manufacturing facility, composed of around 40 people, focuses on producing hydrogen (H2) and hydrogen peroxide (HP) in collaboration with the Maintenance, Purchasing, Logistics and Commercial teams.
+ As a Safety (HSE) Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the safe and compliant operations of the site in the areas of safety, health and environment as well as providing support to the Production Manager and Site Manager. You will get the opportunity to contribute to maintaining and improving the standards of a complex Major Hazard Facility (MHF) site.
+ You will be accountable for:
+ The safe management of the site's hydrogen and hydrogen peroxide plant, alongside the Production Manager.
+ Maintaining and improving the safety systems.
+ Maintaining ISO accreditation (ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001).
+ Promoting and undertaking site audits on the Solvay Lifesaving rules.
+ Liaising with local authorities, including Safe Work NSW, EPA, NGERS, AICIS.
+ Continuous improvement and working to best practice.
+ We offer a permanent contract based onan onsite working mode.
**About you**
+ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Safety or similar qualification.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational safety role at a chemical or industrial site.
+ Exposure to laboratory operations and people management is favourable.
+ Competencies:
+ Relevant work experience in the chemical or comparable industry.
+ Safety leadership in a Major Hazard Facility (MHF).

While the Australian base pay reasonably expected for this role is $100,000 to $135,000 AUD, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. As a Site Procurement Manager for the Amazon Fulfillment Center team, you will own the site's indirect procurement operation responsibilities, including forecasting, inventory management, purchase order management and Vendor management of 3rd party service providers. You will lead supplier management KPI and metrics reporting, and work with stakeholders to find and understand deviation and improvement areas. You will provide procurement leadership and align with the building leadership team to drive efficiencies and improvements at the site(s).
Key job responsibilities
- In partnership with the Regional Procurement Operations Manager, provide procurement operations support for the fulfillment center, including: forecasting of non-inventory products, inventory management, non-inventory flow and space models, cycle counts, supplier management, procurement transaction and expediting support
- Lead team of non-inventory receivers to ensure building has adequate resources and is set up for success
- Develop deep knowledge of non-inventory items and align with like buildings to drive best practices
- Manage KPI to measure, control and benchmark procurement processes including creation of recurring metrics reports to drive improvements for the Operations network
- Develop relationship across the building and network to ensure best practices are being shared and implemented
- Measure actual vs planned savings; as savings trends are identified, own action plans to meet goals and develop solutions
- Work in partnership both internally and with suppliers to develop innovative solutions to provide Procurement support to the Operations teams
Basic Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, engineering, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience in similar role
- 1+ year's experience using MS-office, particularly excel and analytic platform, including but not limited to the ability to analyse data using pivot & V-lookups
- Experience understanding process flow and suggest improvements to deliver saving, inventory reduction, or other benefits to the site
Preferred Qualifications
- Supply Chain Management Certifications (e.g. CSCMP)
