The Salesforce Tech Lead is responsible for leading the technical aspects of Salesforce development, ensuring the design and implementation of scalable solutions. This role involves mentoring developers, optimizing system performance, managing integrations, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business goals. · Provide expert-level assistance to developers for technical issues and contribute to delivery.
Oversee deployments, manage release cycles, and resolve issues during production launches
