**About the Role:**
+ Provides end-to-end visibility across various technical domains and facilitates collaboration among technical SMEs.
+ Evaluates technical feasibility and options for the solution.

+ Execute and deliver on the roadmap in collaboration with Product and Design

**Senior Software Developer- Naval Architect**

The Network Operations Technical Lead is a highly experienced professional with advanced network operations support expertise. They have deep knowledge and understanding across multiple areas of network technologies and they use advanced evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select the most effective course of action, often in complex or ambiguous scenarios requiring strategic insight.
**What You'll be Doing**
+ Work independently, with general direction from the client, stakeholders, team lead or senior manager, to perform operational tasks to resolve all incidents / requests in a timely manner within agreed SLA. Timely and consistent updates of tickets with resolution tasks performed.
+ Review architecture, design and as built documentation and make recommendations for improvements, including scalability, resilience, and security enhancements.
+ Facilitate operational handover, and may lead implementation phases for network-related initiatives.
+ Proactively identify, investigate, analyse issues and errors prior to or when they occur and log all such incidents in a timely manner. Capture all required and relevant information for immediate resolution.
+ Plan, coordinate and implement complex system changes within client specified change windows. Liaise with the client, vendors, and other partners to ensure minimal disruption to the client's day-to-day business operations.

Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
- Experience working with end user or developer communities
