The Solution Architect is responsible for translating the client's business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs for very large complex technology solutions and architectures. You'll act as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems. You'll provide direction for design activities, often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites.
As a Solution Architect you'll gather customer/partner insights from a broad range of stakeholders to shape and form both the definition and ongoing execution of projects. You'll define and document the architecture to communicate the value proposition of the business solution along with the project approach. Collaborating with the Project Manager you'll jointly drive project/technical governance of the design, build, and deployment into use. You'll work with the business sponsor and customer/partner stakeholders to gather and ratify requirements and constraints and collaborating with the Account Team and/or Bid Team to understand the business solution/problem. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

**Responsibilities**
+ Dynamics 365 Solution Architect responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership across Pre-Sales and Delivery.
+ Act as a mentor to delivery teams to help shape the solution and provide Quality assurance and guardrails to ensure successful delivery.
+ Evaluate client requirements and align solution to Microsoft D365 CE and Power Platform offerings.

**Qualifications**
**Technical Skills Required**
+ Specialise in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform with a good understanding of the overall Microsoft stack including basic Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Azure and Microsoft 365.
+ Deep functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE including Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Contact Centre, Field Service, Project Operations and Copilot.
+ Deep knowledge of Power Platform including Power Apps (Model Driven and Canvas), Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents.

The Solutions Architect is a seasoned subject matter expert, primarily responsible consulting with the client and working with internal teams to create costed solutions incorporating Technology HW/SW, Technical Services and On-going Technical Support Services.
This role provides multi-technology consulting services on all aspects of application software, infrastructure and related technology components.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Apply your proven technical networking systems and platform deployment experience in a Presales Solution Architecture capacity
+ Proactively work with Sales Teams to generate demand to refresh and modernize data networking with the Campus, Branch, SDWAN/WAN edge and Datacenter/Cloud connectivity
+ Convert customer requirements and proactive suggestions to modernized enterprise networks into Costed, Scoped Professional Services Statements of Work and Bill of Hardware and Software materials
+ Develop Project Execution plans in collaboration with NTTD Project Managers and Technical Consultants/Delivery Engineers to provide confidence to customers and accuracy in Professional Services estimates
+ Drive NTTD branded Support Services attach to OEM Vendor Hardware and Software
+ Be a trusted advisor to customer counterparts
+ Work closely with key vendor counterpart to remain current with networking technology developments and in turn share these developments directly with customer counterparts
**Academic Qualifications and Certifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or business or a related field.
+ Vendor certifications such as Cisco CCxx, Aruba Certified X, Juniper Certified X. etc.
+ Certification and working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies (for example, TOGAF, Zachman, SOA, ITIL, COBIT, etc.).
+ Safe Scaled Agile certification advantageous.
**Required experience:**
+ Advanced professional technical design, deployment, change implementation, testing and day-to-day management of Data Networking infrastructure and associated control platforms.
+ Advanced Project or Program Management experience would be preferred but not essential.
+ Advanced client engagement and consulting experience coupled with solid experience in client needs assessment and change management.
+ Advanced experience in integrating the solution for the particular project with the business domain, enterprise concerns, industry standards, established patterns and best practices.
+ Advanced experience working in an agile development environment.
+ Advanced experience in developing, selling and delivering technical solutions.

The Cloud Solution Architecture role involves gathering customer insights, mapping architecture, and proposing digital transformation solutions based on Microsoft technologies. The role requires coaching team members to focus on customer experience through efficient delivery, driving adherence to Microsoft standards and recommended practices, and providing a holistic perspective of customer challenges and competitor architectures. The role is within the CSA Global Delivery team.
