The purpose of the Finance & Audit Committee of the Board of Directors (Board) is to provide assistance to the Board in fulfilling its legal and fiduciary obligations with respect to matters involving the accounting, auditing and financial reporting of Tenpin Bowling Australia (SA Division) Inc. (Tenpin SA). The Finance & Audit Committees purpose includes assisting the Boards oversight of:
* The integrity of Tenpin SAs financial statements.
* Tenpin SAs compliance with legal and regulatory requirements relating to financial and taxation matters.
* Tenpin SAs financial and legal accountability to its members.
* The auditors qualifications, independence and performance.
In performing its duties, the Committee will maintain effective working relationships with the Board and the auditors.
The committee meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 6.00pm via Zoom for approximately 1 hour. Committee papers are accessed from Dropbox so you will need access to a computer. While the meeting is held monthly we would initially like to review our MYOB account structure and GST rules to ensure we are accounting for income and expenses correctly.

Consultant Paediatrician Sante Recruitment – Sale, VIC
This is a Level 4 Obstetric service with a capability of 34 weeks. CGH has a Level 3 Nursery. The service includes a 24 hour inpatient and emergency department service There were approximately 430 births, average 650 general paediatric admissions. ED presentations were 16,600 of which approximately 25% are paediatric. The service operates a community paediatrics clinic 5 days per week and outreach services to Bairnsdale. The paediatric service has an establishment of up to 4 specialist paediatricians, 1 paediatric advanced trainee registrar and 1 HMO.
The Hospital treats approximately 12,000 acute inpatients and 17,000+ Emergency Department patients per year. It provides specialist surgical, medical, obstetrics and gynaecology and paediatric services with some general practice inpatients. There is a 6 bed Critical Care Unit that provides ventilation and haemofiltration. There is also a number of visiting sub-specialty services including Urology, Cardiology, Oncology, Nephrology & Haemodialysis. Surgical services are supported by both specialist and general practitioner anaesthetists.
Up to 1.0 FTE is available; part time and job share applications will be considered.

We are is currently seeking a positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented Clinical Director of Emergency Medicine. The Emergency Department sees over 25,000 presentations per annum and is a regional trauma and referral centre, seeing major road trauma from road, farm, and factory.
The Clinical Director will provide professional leadership, clinical governance, and strategic planning of the Emergency Department, including clinical service, innovation, continuous improvement and optimisation of patient flow.

Position overview
- Full Time, On-going position 50% clinical, 50% clinical support time.
- Working as part of a collaborative and highly skilled team of health professionals, excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, along with a proven capacity to provide clinical leadership to a range of professional clinical staff in a multi-disciplinary team.
- This is an ACEM tier 2 training site.

This is is one of Melbourne’s largest public health services. They provide a range of emergency, surgical, medical and general healthcare services, including maternity, palliative care, mental health, drug and alcohol, residential care, community health and state-wide specialist services.This position supports the work of the Clinical Director, Adult Acute, Mental Health Program. The CP will thus be guided in prioritising strategic, clinical, operational and managerial tasks by the Clinical Director. The Consultant Psychiatrist is accountable for the delivery of clinical services to the clients of the service through providing clinical leadership, high quality clinical services, and contributing to service evaluation, research and planning.

- Emergency Medical Registrar opportunities offer roles offer a broad range of case load experiences in our adult/paediatric service, roster flexibility, training opportunities and great consultant support.
- The Emergency Departments currently sees over 170,000 patients per annum with 25% paediatric presentations. The admission rate is about 40%, with high acuity presentations.There are currently 45 consultants working in the Emergency Department across all sites including 3 ACEM examiners.The department of Emergency Medicine has a strong educational program and is accredited by ACEM for 2 years of Advanced Vocational training.
