As a Graduate Speech Pathologist , I will deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy that makes a meaningful impact under the NDIS and other funding models. I will support both children and adults in achieving their communication and swallowing goals. Through collaboration with families, carers, and a supportive multi-disciplinary team, I will learn to manage my caseload and calendar with guidance. Step by step, I will grow into a confident and capable therapist, ready to make a real difference.
