**Key responsibilities:**
As an Analyst you will be working on a range of client projects and internal initiatives, your responsibilities will be to:
+ Contribute to internal brainstorming sessions to develop project methodology and recommendations
+ Conduct independent desk research to a specific brief using internal and external sources
+ Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to aid development of recommendations; exercise informed business judgment in identifying the approach to the question
+ Conduct phone or face-to-face interviews with senior managers and executives in the client team or external stakeholders
+ Contribute to the preparation, execution and follow up of client workshops
+ Take responsibility for creating sections of reports, presentations, and other client deliverables, under supervision
+ Present to client audiences via teleconference or in face-to-face meetings
+ Build professional relationships with members of the client team
+ Acquire deep knowledge of IQVIA data sources, acting as expert advisor to other members of the consulting team
+ Proactively develop knowledge of the healthcare industry and consulting methodologies
+ Assist in proposal development
**Skills and qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred (Master's degree or PhD)
+ 1-2 years professional experience in a relevant field will be considered a plus (i.e., life sciences, management, data, technology, analytics, pricing and market access)
+ Strong desire to work within the healthcare / life science or data-focussed position
+ Proven analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills
+ Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and an ability to build credibility with external and internal contacts
+ Good commercial awareness/business judgement and an interest in the healthcare industry
+ Good project management, time management and organizational skills
+ Strong commitment to high quality work and an interest in rapid learning and skill development
+ A strong motivation to thrive in a client-focused, international team environment

This is a newly created role following the Henchman acquisition, a legal tech company that enriches data from Document Management Systems (DMS) for faster document drafting. LexisNexis will incorporate this enhanced document enrichment capability to deliver new generative AI drafting solutions to its clients.
As an Implementation Consultant, you will engage with clients as their first point of contact. Your objective is to efficiently and effectively plan and coordinate projects. You will successfully implement the assigned product(s) for clients. This includes pre-sales activities, pre-installation assessment, and systems analysis as required, software integration, as well as post-installation implementation assessment.You will primarily work with various Document Management Systems and Document Drafting Software.
Reporting to the Head of Finance & Operations, this is a permanent full-time role to be based in Chatswood, Sydney with combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.
Responsibilities
Managing overall success and client satisfaction with DMS and Drafting Solutions projects and will be responsible for a portfolio of clients
+ Serve as a Technical Pre-sales advisory to customers during the sales cycle.
+ Helping clients to plan the implementation projects, including setting up engagements and planning sessions with key stakeholders
+ Ensuring projects are initiated promptly, reflecting the client's expectations
+ Creating project reports to communicate the status to key client stakeholders and Integration Services business functions
+ Tracking the performance of projects to meet expectations and timelines, as well as manage risks and any issues the projects may encounter.
+ Managing the review process with the product organization, and coordinate responses to clients
Requirements
+ Possess a background in technology or law with solid experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within technical pre-sales support.
+ Experience in pre-sales activities, pre-installation assessment, systems analysis, software integration, as well as post-installation implementation assessment.
+ Have familiarity with Generative AI, Microsoft products and Document Management Systems such as iManage, and NetDocuments
+ Demonstrate problem-solving skills - Be able to quickly mitigate challenges so they don't affect project outcomes
+ Have the ability to work independently or as part of a cross functional team, collaborating with sales, product and support teams
+ Have great time management skills to meet frequent and possibly conflicting deadlines and work schedules
+ Display excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening carefully and influencing and networking with a broad spectrum of internal colleagues and external clients

**Position Purpose:** Implement and support the ADP GlobalView solution to achieve all departmental KPIs through the successful provision of consulting and implementation services to ADP Clients in line with agreed standards and timeframes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Implement the client's solution using ADP's Implementation Methodology and the ADP GlobalView product (based on SAP).
+ Perform blueprinting workshops to gather information on the client's requirements.
+ Design and document the client's solution including their business requirements and any program specifications required according to ADP's documentation guidelines.
+ Ensure that all deliverables are created on time and accurately as per project schedule, such as Blueprints, specifications, BP reviews, Configuration Audits and configuration documentation and responsible for achieving estimated days as per fixed price strategy. Ensure they are maintained throughout the project.
+ Escalate project issues to Project Manager including scope variations, task slippage and risks that may arise during the project.
+ Perform Quality Assurance reviews on blueprints and configuration of the client's system, not limited to your own project.
+ Provide sample test scripts to enable PS clients to adequately test the solution.
+ Support clients through the User Acceptance, Parallel Testing and Go-Live phases.
+ Liaise with clients throughout the data cleansing, mapping and conversion phase and provide any assistance required including performing data loads and reconciliation, HR/Payroll reporting and analysis.
+ Liaise with the ADP Project Manager assigned to the project and Line Manager, providing regular status updates and early warning of any slippage/ problems that may occur.
+ Maintain up to date knowledge of the SAP Products, of SAP related news and any developments to the product and its competitors.
+ Maintain up to date knowledge of the ADP GlobalView template and ensure that the template is adhered to. Minimize ADP's exposure to risk while focusing on appropriate application of the ADP GlobalView template to maximize value to the client.
+ Liaise with the Product Manager to provide feedback on the template and to understand future product direction/ changes. Provide assistance and liaise with the Product Manager & Project teams to design any non-standard changes to the ADP GlobalView template.
+ Demonstrate proactive participation in Implementation Team forums, contribute and participate in knowledge sharing and team development sessions. This can include informal on-the-job training to facilitate formal SAP training courses.
+ Provide technical onboarding, product and process training to graduates and new consultants to accelerate learning and integration.
+ Actively support Graduates under ADP's Global Implementation Academy, serving as coach as they embark on related activities under the program.
+ Acts as a point of contact for graduate consultants, ensuring alignment with learning outcomes and project goals.
+ Liaise with internal groups including Basis, Client Services, Application Support, Project Management and Product Management to ensure that clients receive the highest levels of client service.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Experience:**
+ 2-5 years of experience working in a complex operational/end to end implementation/service delivery role
+ Strong knowledge of Payroll, Human Resources, Portal or Time Management systems
+ Experience in SAP ERP System is highly desirable
+ Demonstrated experience in an Implementation Lead role
+ Demonstrate and apply knowledge of key implementation strategies such as the SAP ASAP methodology
+ Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including managers, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.

**Position Title:** Workforce Manager (WFM) Lead Implementation Consultant
**Reporting Line:** Implementation Manager
**Position Purpose:**

Act as functional and technical liaison between ADP and the client.
Responsible for onboarding and training new Lead Consultants as well as bringing technical expertise to release readiness, BPI and transformation activities.

+ Perform workshops to gather information on the client's requirements.
+ Design and document the client's solution including business requirements, interface specifications and any other specifications required according to ADP's methodology and project scope.
+ Take ownership of the configuration and work with other teams/streams/areas to deliver and unit test the system as designed.
+ Take ownership of issues and gaps between client requirement and ADP WFM product and work with other teams/streams/areas to resolve them.
+ Provide guidance to the client in preparing testing activities (test scripts, scenarios).
+ Support clients through the User Acceptance, Parallel Testing and Go-Live phases.
+ Support training delivery.
+ Support data migration activities like data cleansing, mapping and conversion.
+ Ensure handover to client services following ADP handover methodology.

**Experience:**
+ Strong experience in implementing UKG Workforce Central / Workforce Dimensions.
+ Demonstrated experience in an Implementation Lead role.
+ Experience working on global projects.
+ Strong knowledge of Payroll, Human Resources of Time Management systems
+ Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
+ Experience conducting training sessions.
+ Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
**Certifications / Qualifications:**
Tertiary qualification in a related field preferred.
Completion of UKG Workforce Central / Workforce Dimensions or ADP Enterprise eTIME /Workforce Manager training.
