- Experience in product strategy & roadmap as well as customer centric development

- Formally trained in a range of project management and change management methodologies and techniques; accredited in one or more recognized PM/PMO/ Change/Service management methodologies is an advantage
- Bring interesting & relevant industry perspectives, insights and ideas to key stakeholders in the client organization.
- Strong analytical skills with confidence using data to drive actionable insights
- Proven problem-solving skills coupled with confidence in making data-driven decisions
- Advanced ability to drive outcomes and execute on a roadmap of initiatives
All About Your Education & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Advanced degree or MBA preferred
- 4-6 years of Product Management experience
- Exposure specifically in payments and/or retail banking or merchants and/or consultancies.
- Comfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships
- Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required, knowledge of Project Management tools preferred
- Professional accreditation such as Project Management Professional (PMP) desirable
- Willingness to travel

**Position Title** : MS Implementation Consultant (Tester)
**Reporting Line:** GV Manager Implementation
**Position Purpose** : Prepare test cases as per ADP GlobalView template (based on SAP), test execution, issue handling - documentation tasks for the local scope (payroll, personal administration, time management). Performing these tasks as per the Project Schedule timeline and according to ADP GlobalView methodology.
**Key Responsibilities**
Work with Project Manager - Project team in taking accountability for:
+ Understand client Blueprint, business rules - requirements, as delivered by Lead Consultant.
+ Interpret client Blueprint and build User Acceptance Test Catalogue.
+ Ensure UAT/Parallel testing in line with Client Blueprint.
+ Check/validate all UAT payroll reports / reconciliations, prior to releasing to client.
+ Work in conjunction with Lead Consultant on Issue log resolution, during implementation.
+ Liaise directly with Client on implementation Testing.
+ Participate in weekly calls, as deemed by Project Manager.
+ Ensure timelines are being met according to client/county implementation Project Schedule, up to go live.
+ Produce all necessary handover documentation. Prepare all necessary checklists / client sign off worksheets, in readiness for go live.
+ Store all client documentation on shared drive / Project Place, as deemed.
+ Keep all relevant documentation on implementation project up to date, including: Reconciliation spreadsheets, How to manuals, Test tools.
+ Be present and actively involved from Client Blueprint signoff through UAT/ load completion, parallels, up to and including the 1st live pay runs.
+ Ensure timely handover of Client payroll - documentation to Client Service, following ADP handover methodology.
+ Participate in process review and implementation of recommendations.
+ Continually review implementation processes and make recommendations.
+ Understand and monitor implementation of any upgrades and patches and the testing of these, prior to them being loaded into the live environment.
+ Ensure Client's compliance to relevant country taxation and other statutory legislation.
+ Understand country legislative updates.
+ Assist Project Services (post live implementations) during periods where no new implementations are being delivered.
+ Ensure all project resources are appropriately trained and able to perform pay runs in line with implementation limitations and client expectation.
+ Ensure all UAT and parallel payrolls are reconciled and documented prior to sending to the client.
+ Monitor Configuration and Blueprint changes to understand the impact on UAT and parallel processes.
+ Check/test patches and upgrades in a test environment prior to them being loaded into production.
+ Ensure all implementation documentation is maintained on a common drive such as UAT results, Parallel results, Blueprint, Payroll Procedures, Schedules and any other relevant notes.
**Experience**
+ Previous experience as a SAP Payroll Tester.
+ Strong payroll knowledge and experience.
+ High degree of commitment and ability to communicate effectively with the client to deliver outstanding customer service.
+ Ability to use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, to effectively update and maintain documentation/ training / Presentations.
+ Able to implement continual improvement process.
+ Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.

+ Act as the project lead on customer engagements, aligning early with prospective customers, account teams, and post-sale partners in order to appropriately scope projects and set correct expectations

**Requirements:**

**Position Title:** Senior Lead Implementation Consultant

**Position Purpose:** Implement and support the ADP GlobalView solution to achieve all departmental KPIs through the successful provision of consulting and implementation services to ADP Clients in line with agreed standards and timeframes.

+ Liaise with the Product Manager to provide feedback on the template and to understand future product direction/ changes. Provide assistance and liaise with the Product Manager & Project teams to design any non-standard changes to the ADP GlobalView template.
+ Demonstrate proactive participation in Implementation Team forums, contribute and participate in knowledge sharing and team development sessions. This can include informal on-the-job training to facilitate formal SAP training courses.
+ Provide technical onboarding, product and process training to new consultants to accelerate learning and integration.
+ Actively support Graduates under ADP's Global Implementation Academy, serving as coach as they embark on related activities under the program.
+ Acts as a point of contact for graduate consultants, ensuring alignment with learning outcomes and project goals.

+ Ensure timely handover of Client payroll - documentation to Client Service, following ADP handover methodology.
+ Participate in process review and implementation of recommendations.
+ Continually review implementation processes and make recommendations.
+ Understand and monitor implementation of any upgrades and patches and the testing of these, prior to them being loaded into the live environment.
+ Ensure Client's compliance to relevant country taxation and other statutory legislation.
+ Understand country legislative updates.
+ Assist Project Services (post live implementations) during periods where no new implementations are being delivered.
+ Ensure all project resources are appropriately trained and able to perform pay runs in line with implementation limitations and client expectation.

+ Monitor Configuration and Blueprint changes to understand the impact on UAT and parallel processes.
+ Check/test patches and upgrades in a test environment prior to them being loaded into production.
+ Ensure all implementation documentation is maintained on a common drive such as UAT results, Parallel results, Blueprint, Payroll Procedures, Schedules and any other relevant notes.
**Experience**
+ Previous experience as a SAP Payroll Tester.
