The Inbound Supply Chain Manager acts as bridge between business and operations teams and is responsible for seamless planning of inbound freight in to Fulfillment Centers and execution during peak and off peak periods while maximizing vendor and seller experience. This role involves driving critical decisions with cross functional teams and senior leadership and demands strong program management skills along-with an ability to drive data driven discussions. The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills.

Key job responsibilities
- Set up processes to strengthen inbound supply chain planning with an objective of minimizing cost and maximizing customer/seller experience
- Be owner of seller and vendor experience in the supply chain organization
- Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automation
- Rollout best practices from other geographies/ companies to minimize end to end supply chain losses
- Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations and technical audiences
- Program manage and drive decision making across cross functional teams and senior leadership
- Launch programms, monitor performance metrics, and report on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables
A day in the life
As an Inbound Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and improving initiatives that ensure the smooth running of our operations. You'll work closely with a range of Amazon colleagues to understand how they work, and what you and your teams can learn, as well as sharing your own expertise. Together, you'll identify exciting new opportunities and will take the lead when it comes to designing their implementation.

Key job responsibilities
The broad mission of the S&OP team is to align and optimize the FC network plan for labor and capacity constraints, ideal placement and buy volumes, plan accuracy, and improve tools to automate the planning process. Each week S&OP provide an accurate short to medium term aggregate fulfillment plan (up to 13 weeks) for the AU Amazon fulfillment network. The plan reflects the projected fulfillment needs of the Retail/FBA teams and partners, and includes all inbound and outbound flows across the network. The FC leadership uses this plan in making decisions on full-time and temporary labor as well as in supporting other decisions within the FCs. Also, multiple teams in AU Supply Chain and Transportation organization consume our plan to make critical weekly decisions. The plan also serves as the basis for storage and throughput planning during peak periods. Each published plan should satisfy the best given conditions of labor, storage and throughput capacity requirements of the network while minimizing the total cost to serve customer.
A day in the life
Work backwards from our customers - Consumers, FC, Transportation Network to work out their pain points resulting from Forecast Variances. Understand and analyze root causes and influence stakeholders by connecting across the organization to put in corrective actions to improve upon daily and weekly plans in line with business strategy. Being dynamic and having bias for action is a must.

Team members are key facilitators across functions to meet Speed, Volume & Cost Goals for the organization. Hence, keeping stakeholders at front of mind at all times is a key principle within this Team. Balancing priorities is a must, however, being thorough, following up and closing the loop with stakeholders on actions, priorities, trade-offs, escalations and effectiveness is key. **Key Responsibilities / Authorities:**

Includes FMC spare parts, new machines and new chairs. Coordinates for delivery of machines and chairs to FKC Clinic

+ Shopping Cart P76 Maintenance - additional and removal of products into Shopping cart. Addition and removal of vendors into shopping cart
+ User set up - Set up, removal and modification of user set up in P76 and P11
+ Troubleshoot resource - Provide support and education to FKC users with Shopping Cart/PO creations/P11 STO reviews/Zebra device
+ Onboarding new vendors - Business sponsor for onboarding of all new vendors, updating existing vendors .
+ Procurement Administration- Oversees all procurement in FKC and ensures line managers / buyers follow the established processes and document control. Actively identifies gaps in current policies / documentations and makes necessary changes to fill such gaps.
+ 3PL and Supplier Relationship Management- Actively manages the relationships with 3PL service providers and vendors. Ensures the service providers and vendors meet the committed KPIs consistently. Conducts audits and supplier evaluation regularly as per internal company policy and regulatory requirements. Makes a concerted effort to build mutually beneficial partnership with selected key service providers and vendors. Ensures corrective and preventive actions are implemented swiftly in cases of service failures.
+ Logistics Service Escalations- Receives warehousing and transportation related complaints and adhoc requests from internal team members. Works with the 3PL service providers to ensure such complains / requests are met swiftly. Note that speed is key in healthcare logistics given the importance on patient care.
+ Coordination of FMC clinic Stock take - Liaise with FKC Clinics to perform stock takes and addition of batches not listed in clinic stock take

The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills along with preferred experience in Forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning and Transportation. You know and love working with business intelligence tools, is comfortable accessing and working with big data from multiple sources, and enthusiastic about partnering with the business to deliver results. You would be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
Basic Qualifications

**The Role**
The MV CLCM Industry & Supply Chain Manager reports to the Deputy Project Director and works within a split responsibility model, managing Australian Industry Capability and supply chain activities within Raytheon and Defence systems; collaborating across the company, MV Asset Class and suppliers to deliver outcomes.
The Industry & Supply Chain Manager is responsible for creating and embedding industry engagement and supply chain behaviours and culture, processes and procedures, and management of the Australian Industry Capability requirements. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Develop and maintain the MV SPO supply chain strategy, cognisant of changes to the MV capability Operating Support Intent and budget provisions;
+ Develop, deploy, and provide guidance in relation to supply chain governance arrangements, including effective supplier due diligence, supplier performance management, supplier relationship management and implementation of supply chain business systems, ensuring that these are aligned with requirements;
+ Develop, maintain, analyse, and advise on supply chain metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives, cost effective outcomes, financial savings, and productivity improvements;
+ Management of the AIC obligations, specifically:
+ Market testing activities;
+ Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including Enterprise partners, suppliers, Office of Defence Industry Support, state government defence departments, and industry groups;
+ Act as a point of contact for general industry enquiries relating to MV life cycle management; and
+ Identify opportunities to increase indigenous-owned and veteran-owned businesses in the MV supply chain.
**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
+ Requires a University Degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience);
+ Minimum 8 years prior relevant experience (when a university degree is held);
+ Expert knowledge of Australian industry and government with established networks.
+ Demonstrated experience in:
+ Collaborating across multi-disciplinary and geographic dispersed teams;
+ Development of a resilient supply chain and ability to plan, implement and manage strategic supplier relationships;
+ Vendor management;
+ Supporting customer requirements and meeting time critical deadlines.
