As an Integrated Logistics Support Analyst, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive support strategies for major system upgrades across multiple military sites. Working within a dedicated ILS team, you will analyse supportability requirements, develop maintenance strategies, and ensure seamless logistics integration between new and existing systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct reliability, availability, and maintainability modelling to inform support requirements and validate sustainment strategies.
+ Develop comprehensive logistics support documentation including maintenance plans, technical data, and training requirements.
+ Analyse and document transition impacts from legacy to the upgraded systems.
+ Support the development and implementation of site-specific transition plans.
+ Create and maintain logistics support strategies ensuring operational capability through transition and beyond.
**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
+ University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
+ Minimum 2 years' experience in integrated logistics support analysis.
+ Demonstrated experience in reliability, maintainability, and availability modelling.
+ Proven ability to develop technical documentation and support strategies.
+ Understanding of systems engineering and maintenance support principles.
**Desirable attributes:**
+ Experience in defence technology related industry.
+ Background in logistics operations across both acquisition and in-service support phases.
+ Knowledge of process development and documentation procedures.

As the Integrated Logistics Support Lead, you will support the Project IPT Lead in developing and executing comprehensive logistics strategies while personally undertaking key logistics activities for this air traffic management modernisation program. Working alongside industry-leading technology partners, you'll ensure seamless transition from legacy systems to new capabilities across multiple defence sites, combining hands-on technical work with team leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Support and personally undertake Integrated Logistics Support activities as part of the system modernisation, including development, implementation, and hands-on analysis tasks.
+ Conduct and oversee logistics support analysis activities to optimise maintenance strategies and sparing requirements.
+ Lead a dedicated ILS team while personally developing key training programs and technical documentation supporting the transition from legacy systems.
+ Coordinate stakeholder relationships including military personnel and industry partners.
+ Drive continuous improvement in logistics support processes while ensuring compliance with Defence regulatory requirements
**Qualifications, Experience and Skills**
+ University Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics, or equivalent experience
+ Minimum 8 years of relevant logistics engineering experience in complex technical environments
+ Demonstrated hands-on experience in logistics support analysis and documentation
+ Advanced knowledge of integrated logistics systems and maintenance requirement methodologies
+ Proven ability to both lead teams and personally deliver technical ILS outputs.
**Desirable attributes:**
+ Experience in defence technology related industry.
+ Defence procurement and engineering practices experience, particularly in acquisition and in-service support phases.

As a Mental Health Support Worker , you will provide tailored psychosocial support that empowers people in their recovery journey, using a holistic, person-centred approach within the Housing and Accommodation Support Initiative (HASI) program.

About you in the role
- Deliver individual recovery-focused support using evidence-based, person-centred approaches.
- Engage in capacity-building activities that promote recovery, resilience, and improved physical and mental health.
- Develop and monitor individual support plans in collaboration with consumers, carers, and community organisations.
- Balance community outreach with administrative tasks, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up.
- Work across various settings, including homes, community spaces, Hospitals, to support consumers wherever their recovery journey takes them.
About You
- Relevant experience in the mental health or community services sector with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for recovery-oriented practice.
- Minimum Certificate IV in Mental health or Community Services or working towards this qualification.
- Strong ability to engage with clients, share your story, and collaborate with team members.
- Experience or a strong desire to learn about recovery-oriented approaches.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, seeing multiple consumers in one workday.
