Overview SOS International LLC (SOSi) seeks a Network Administrator to join our team at Canberra, AUS. Essential Job Duties As a Network Administrator at SOS International LLC, you will work within the Network Operations team to provide essential support within the USINDOPACOM Area-of-Responsibility (AOR). Your role includes monitoring, maintaining, and ensuring network availability, all while adhering to DoD regulations. Provides essential support in the maintenance of VDI environments, ensuring efficient and secure user access. Manages Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Video Teleconferencing systems (VTC)s, and other Cisco VoIP systems to ensure reliable communication services. Reviews and troubleshoots network transport and protocol related issues. Collaborates with the Cross-Domain Solutions team to facilitate secure information sharing across security domains. Participates in project coordination alongside the project management team to ensure successful project execution. Liaises with POCs and customers to understand their network needs and assists in providing appropriate solutions. Diligently follows guidance and direction from the Network Operations Lead, Deputy, and Operations Manager, adhering to established standards and procedures for network administration. Participates in related solution technologies and special projects, as required. Minimum Requirements Active in-scope TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility. DoD 8570 IAT-II compliant (CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP) Bachelor's Degree in IT, Networking, or similar, and 4 years of related experience or 8+ years of experience in network administration, to obtain Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) within 6 months. Strong knowledge in Cisco routers, switches, ASA, Palo Alto firewalls, CSfC, Taclane encryption methods, VDI environments, Cross-Domain Solutions, CUCM, and VTCs. Knowledge of network security best practices and compliance standards including government Secure Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot network issues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing network requirements, and effectively communicate with POCs and customers. Able to support 24/7 operations (including support to exercises), when necessary. Able to follow instructions and work both independently and in a (distributed) team environment. The Systems Administrator is responsible for the support, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of client ICT Service Desk environments, ensuring high availability and performance across systems and services. Operating under the direction of the Service Desk Manager, this role provides technical support for incidents, service requests, and changes, and plays a key part in maintaining system health and stability for KBR clients.

The Multi-Domain Solutions Group at Leidos currently has an opening for Shift Tier 2 Hardware System Administrator for our Incident and Service Request Response Team to support a client's requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Alice Springs, AUS. The position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance and ability to pass US Government medical and psychological exams.
The Shift Tier 2 Hardware System Administrator receives and responds to service requests and problems reported by customers and escalated from Tier 1. The Tier 2 Hardware System Administrator will work in a highly collaborative environment with teammates, key stakeholders and the Government customer to ensure mission continuity and support to 24x7 operations.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Communicate with customers and technical component's to fully understand the incident, service request or problem.
+ Research problems by accessing internal and external knowledge databases.
+ Perform hardware troubleshooting, repair, replacement and incident resolution.
+ Ensure performance meets established Performance Requirement Standards.
+ Facilitate technical communications between operations and development staff.
+ Distribute defect reports and system data collected during anomaly investigations.
+ Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, perform upgrades and support the transition and acceptance of new and modified systems.
+ Analyze customer problems and implement appropriate corrective action to initiate a repair, and return to service in the field.
+ Assist with property and asset management.
+ Monitor, review, update and disposition ServiceNow/HelpNow system tickets assigned to program per required Performance Requirements Standards and level of information details.
**Basic Qualifications:**
To be considered for this position, you must meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
+ TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
+ BA degree and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience, Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience or years of experience in lieu of degree.
+ Security+.
+ Proven computer hardware and system troubleshooting skills.
+ System administration skills.
+ Ability to recognize and analyze problems, errors, provide innovative solutions to complex problems, and respond appropriately.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
+ Ability to carry/lift 30 pounds of equipment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Working knowledge of ServiceNow/HelpNow.
+ Experience with shift work supporting 24x7 mission operations.
+ Experience in working with, collaborating with system users and customers.
+ Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing situations.
+ Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness.
