Executes against established Service Level Agreements (SLA). Documents resolutions and updates self-help and staff knowledge bases. Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems. **Your New Role and Responsibilities**
Leidos supports systems used at the Joint Defence Facility in Alice Springs. In conjunction with Leidos colleagues and the customer, key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
+ Research problems by accessing internal and external knowledge databases.
+ Perform hardware troubleshooting, repair, replacement and incident resolution.
+ Plan and coordinate maintenance activities. Perform upgrades and support the transition and acceptance of new and modified systems.
+ Communicate with customers to fully understand the incident, service request or problem.
+ Monitor, review, update, and dispose of ServiceNow/HelpNow system tickets assigned to the program per the required Performance Requirements Standards and level of information details.
**What You'll Bring to Make an Impact**
+ Equivalent tertiary education and experience in responsibilities outlined above.
+ Working knowledge of ServiceNow/HelpNow (or similar applications).
+ CISSP certificate or equivalent.
