About the Role
The Pega System Architect is responsible for assisting with the building and maintaining Pega applications, including level 3 troubleshooting of applications, focusing on technical implementation and ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
Position Duties
- Assist with the building and maintaining of Pega applications according to specifications
- Level 3 technical support of Pega built applications and implement fixes
- Modify workflows, data models, and user interfaces
- Design and execute test cases to validate functionality
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing
- Document technical designs and implementation approaches
- Work closely with Business Architects to understand requirements
- Work closely with key stakeholders to address technical issues
Position Eligibility Requirements (Selection Criteria) :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) to join our team of expert consultants. As a CTA Consultant, you will work with clients to design, implement, and optimise their Salesforce ecosystems, providing technical leadership and expertise to drive business success
As a CTA in our Salesforce practice, you will lead the technical direction for Salesforce projects, leveraging your integration expertise to deliver tailored solutions that drive our clients' digital transformation. You'll serve as a technical authority, guiding both onshore and offshore teams, client technical teams, and internal stakeholders.
**Your role and responsibilities**
* Define and implement well-architected solutions, optimizing code ensuring robust integration solutions using advanced integration patterns to ensure seamless data flow across multiple enterprise systems.
* You will lead the technical aspect of salesforce.com implementations specific to: design, technical architecture, technical implementation and evaluate the overall technical design of salesforce.com and third party products.
· Understand client's business and offer technical solution to address leveraging salesforce.com platforms / offerings.
* Lead technical / functional discussions with the client and internal teams (design, build, test teams).
* Collaborate with global development teams, solution architects, and business analysts, providing expert guidance.
* Ensure security and compliance of integration solutions with industry best practices.

**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
* Experience with Salesforce integration with third-party systems and APIs
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Deep technical knowledge in Salesforce Integration Architecture, including OmniStudio/Vlocity and Industry Cloud experience (ideally E&U).
* Strong hands on desire and proficiency in Salesforce Flow, LWC and APEX.
* Experience in recommending, configuring and leveraging a range of DevOps tools and processes.
* Proven track record as an SFDC Technical Architect in transformation programs.
* Experience managing both onshore and offshore development teams.
* Demonstrated understanding of Salesforce's role within overall architectural landscapes.
* Proficiency in Salesforce integration patterns, including middleware and ETL.
* Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
· Ideally progressing towards (or holding) one or more of the Salesforce Architect certifications.
