The Head of Planning plays a pivotal role in optimizing a Thermo Fisher Scientific ANZ supply chain process, ensuring seamless coordination from demand forecasting to inventory management and distribution. CBRE Retail Leasing is comprised of a team of over 20 dedicated leasing executives who work across all key Australian markets. We specialise in brokering leasing deals across a variety of sectors, including luxury, fashion, banking institutions, health funds, serviced-based retailers, food and beverage operators.
**The opportunity:**
+ Maintain strong collaborative relationships with current CBD and shopping centre clients.
+ Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted approaches to win new business.
+ Seek opportunities for consultation and collaboration with other CBRE business lines, clients, and industry associations.
+ Strive to increase market share and exposure.
+ Lead a team of professionals through open communication, support, guidance and mentorship.
