**Strategic Planning:**
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with overall business objectives, focusing on areas like demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics management.
**SIOP Process**
Leading the implementation and maturity of the entire SIOP cycle, including pre-SIOP and monthly SIOP meetings.
**Demand Planning:**
Lead the demand planning process, applying forecasting techniques and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate demand projections.
**Inventory Management:**
Optimize inventory levels across the supply chain to minimize costs, reduce waste, and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.
**Supplier Relationship Management:**
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring timely and reliable supply of materials.
**Performance Management:**
Develop and track key performance indicators (critical metrics) to monitor supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
**Team Leadership:**
Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a collaborative and hard-working work environment.
**Cross-functional Collaboration:**
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and flawless integration of supply chain activities.
**Cost Optimization:**
Find opportunities to decrease supply chain costs through process improvements, negotiating with suppliers, and optimizing inventory.
**Risk Management:**
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential disruptions in the supply chain, such as natural disasters or supplier issues.

**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:**
Qualifications & Experience
+ Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Science preferred
+ 10+ years of relevant professional experience leading Planning & SIOP, ideally including in a sales/distribution business model
+ Experience operating at a senior management level and being a member of a leadership group
+ Demonstrated track record in shifting business performance from a low to a high sustainable performance, in tough circumstances
+ Strong PPI, Lean and or Six Sigma working experience with demonstrated achievement of continuous improvement through utilization of Lean tools
+ Experience in leading teams of managers and individual contributors, with a track record of attracting and developing talent, developing bench strengths and leading a complex, diverse and dispersed workforce
+ Experience handling Third Party Suppliers and Global Manufacturing partners
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence optimally at all levels of the organization
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to develop strong support for change
+ Strong analytical, data management and organizational skills. Significant experience of value stream management, data collection and analysis in ERP systems.

+ Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects simultaneously
+ Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams to adopt PPI principles and motivate change
+ Ability to successfully collaborate and establish relationships at all levels of the organization
+ Continuous learning mentality, staying updated on leading PPI practices and industry trends
+ Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with proficiency in using data management tools and ERP systems
+ Ability to work in a global and matrixed organization, navigating through decentralized structures
