**Key Responsibilities**

**What's the role**
The Management System Advisor champions the adoption of Safety, Environment & Asset Management (SEAM) standards which are intended to empower assets to effectively address risk and enhance performance through the application of standards and requirements.
In particular, the Local Management System (LMS) is used by the Prelude asset to organize its capabilities and management systems to enhance performance in an integrated and consistent fashion across several processes.
The role is office based and is aimed at supporting a wide range of stakeholders, both onshore and offshore, to drive simplification, learning and improvement via the adoption of SEAM standards. A strong desire to improve the status quo, collaborate with others and simplify/automate processes are key enablers to thrive in this role.
**What you'll be doing:**
Responsibilities:
+ Plan and lead end-to-end process health checks and process effectiveness reviews to ensure the LMS is compliant and efficient. Provide recommendations based on findings, drive any actions through to closure and continuously improve.
