We're seeking for an experienced Operations Supervisors/Process Assistant to join the team at our Fulfillment Center in Moorebank.
The Process Assistant will support the Area Manager, and will hold responsibilities specific to your process path.
We currently have multiple opportunities across day and night shift.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Support and work in all departments as required,
- Helping support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties,
- Providing coverage for Area Managers,

Job Description
We are looking for a talented Parts Supervisor to join our team in Karratha. Reporting to the operations manager, this is a residential position located in the vibrant city of Karratha. The role will attract a generous remuneration package and a location allowance (residential) with on-the-job training provided.
**This role is a key part of our parts department. As such you will be responsible for the following:**
+ Assisting customers to accurately source parts in a timely manner
+ Inventory control
+ Manage core and credit returns
+ Manage and organise parts freight
+ Work with the service department, ensuring accurate allocation of parts
+ Receive goods, stack and label of goods, organise and optimize warehouse space
+ Conduct warehouse audits
+ Meet KPI's for first ship fill requirements
+ On call allowances plus call out fees
**RESPONSIBILITIES**

About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and viticulturally strong individual, to join the Wynns Coonawarra team as a Vineyard Supervisor.
Reporting to the Vineyard Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team and facilitating the development and implementation of site work programs.
+ Drive employee development, education and morale to ensure high performance
+ Engage employees in continuous improvement processes to drive business performance
+ Coordinating labour to ensure quality and efficiency targets are achieved
+ Active participation in vineyard operations
About you
You will ideally have experience in viticulture (or related field), as well as be hands on and/or have operational experience in the viticulture industry. The successful applicant will enjoy engaging with employees across their team and motivating them to succeed in their role and continue to improve.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to direct others
+ Focus on innovation and safety
+ Basic Computer Literacy
+ First Aid Certificate, Chemcert & Forklift License (favourable)
+ Be willing and able to work on a rotating roster with night work to control frost during colder months and vintage
