Looking for a recently graduated Electrical Engineer with 2-3 years of Grad engineering experience looking to grow and be mentored by senior Engineers in a Australian sovereign technology program.
**Essential Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in electrical systems design, maintenance, or troubleshooting. Preferably in Defence, below the line

As a CBRE Delivery Support, you will manage a team responsible for providing overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings. **What You'll do**
+ Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.

**What You'll Need**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred.
+ Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
+ Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
+ Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

    What I Will Be Doing:

    As a Support Worker at Northcott, I will empower customers to live as independently and confidently as possible — supporting them to build daily living skills, maintain their health and safety, and stay connected to their community.

  • I will support customers with personal care in a way that promotes dignity and independence. This could include showering, toileting, continence support.
  • I will assist with safe manual handling using equipment such as hoists and transfer aids.
  • I will follow individual care plans to support health needs, such as epilepsy and wound care.
  • I will administer medication safely and accurately according to medication management plans.
  • I will prepare and support mealtimes according to mealtime management plans.
