**Role Title:** Project Support Lvl 3
**Role Description:** This position will provide support to the SCIFiRE/AIR6007 Project Support Level 3 equivalent and work under limited direction to achieve moderately complex tasks within an integrated workforce.
**Outcomes:**
- Within the ACP, support was provided to the multi-disciplined project teams and coordinated project activities including support to strategic planning for managing resources and sub-program priorities. This includes management of schedules, risk, budgets, preparation of briefings, submissions, reports and returns relating to sub-program progress and issues in accordance with organisational requirements.
- Support provided for the timely and effective capability decisions; the ACP requires the development of reliable documentation to capture key information in the CLC.
**Duties Include:**
- To make timely and effective capability decisions, the Air Combat Program (ACP) requires development of high-quality documentation to capture key information in the Capability Life Cycle (CLC). Specifically, the ability to support drafting high-quality documents for Government submissions is essential.
- Within the ACP, provide sub-program support to the multi-disciplined project teams and coordinate project activities, including coordination, management and delivery of project tasks and milestones.
- Coordination for the ACP sub-program management of schedules, risk, budgets, preparation of briefings, submissions, reports and returns relating to sub-program progress and issues in accordance with organisational requirements.
- Advise and clearly articulate goals to achieve sub-program and project objectives.
- Work collaboratively, build and sustain effective relationships. Actively manage working relationships to understand stakeholder requirements and expectations to minimise risk to scope, schedule and budget.
- Support the project teams with the integration and engagement of the program and project governance framework, ensuring consistency and transparency in reporting tools and optimum use of functionality.
- Identify, interpret and apply relevant legislation, policies, strategies, business and team requirements.
- Engage and negotiate with stakeholders on complex issues to achieve business outcomes. Specifically, the ability to support development of strategic communications and messaging is highly desirable.
- Provide Air domain advice for briefs and submissions, including through to CAF and USAF.
- Plan and develop commercial engagements with Australian industry to deliver ACP outcomes. Specifically, experience in business, procurement and technology development is desirable.
**Desirable Requirements:**
- Negative Vetting Level 2 Security Clearance (PV Desirable)
- The performance of the work requires access to US export-controlled technology and services. Dual nationals or deemed dual nationals according to the US code of federal regulations title 22, involved in the performance of the SoW must declare their current or former citizenship to the MSP Lead.
- Appropriately qualified and experienced in project management.
- Ability to access DPE/DSE as required.
**Salary Range Depending on Experience:** $160K - $180K (inc super)
**Required Security Clearance Level:** NV2 (TSPV desirable)
**Location:** Russell Office, Canberra, ACT. AirForce Headquarters (AFHQ).
**Weekly Hours:** 40 Hours

**What You'll Need**

Job Description

Point Care is a dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with disabilities.  Position Summary: provide support to clients in accordance with their NDIS plan. Assist clients with daily living activities, such as eating, dressing, bathing and grooming.  Provide transportation assistance to clients. Provide respite care to clients and their families. Keep accurate and up to date records or clients' care plans and progress.  Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the care team. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of clients. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with latest developments and best practices in the NDIS field.  Requirements A minimum of high school or equivalent. Certificate 3 or 4 in individual support or willing to work towards completion(highly regarded). Lived experience or paid experience working with people with disability. Day shift, night shifts, sleepovers and weekends. Strong understanding of the NDIS and its guidelines. Understanding of health and safety regulations. Ability to work with a diverse client base, understanding the different support needs of clients based on their abilities, cultural backgrounds, and language requirements.  Basic care and first aid skills.  Strong computer skills, including proficiency in microsoft office suite.
