We are looking for a dynamic, organised self-starter to join our Training Team. Here's your chance to work as a Technical Trainer, with high visibility and significant customer impact. The successful candidate is experienced in a particular technology domain, such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Security, Enterprise systems, Data or Software development, with mature technical training experience and, ideally, hands-on exposure to Amazon Web Services.
In this role, you will deliver training content to customers that drive adoption and usage of AWS services. You'll have an opportunity to combine a passion for teaching with enthusiasm for technology, to own the learning experience and establish positive customer relationships. You will have excellent communication skills and proven technology training experience.
Hold or be able to attain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearance (see job responsibilities
Deliver classroom and on-line training to customers and partners.
Assist in developing and maintaining training content, lab exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials.
Capture and share best-practice knowledge across the training community.
Understand AWS market segments, customer base, and industry verticals.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience communicating and delivering presentations to customers, stakeholders, and/or teammates
- 2+ years of IT experience
- A strong "stage presence" and ability to manage a classroom of adult learners.
- An ability to engage others on a wide range of technical/Cloud topics.
- Ability to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Certified Solution Architect - Associate Level Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure services.
- Recent experience in one or more of the preferred IT domains - AI/ML, Data/Analytics, Security, Enterprise Systems or Software development Experience creating and maintaining training materials.

**Who will you be working with?**
Reporting to the Service Leader, the Technical Specialist will provide Wabtec Locomotive technical advice to Roy Hill maintenance staff for all owned locomotives on the Roy Hill rail network. This includes future implementation of zero emissions locomotives (battery locomotives) as the first in the world operation.

**What will your typical day look like?**
+ Work hand in hand with the customer for implementation of new Battery Electric Locomotive across all facets of operations, maintenance, and engineering;
+ Coordinate implementation of field modifications and monitor effectiveness;
+ Develop a deep understanding of the customer's business to identify opportunities for account growth;
+ Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction;
+ Interact with Wabtec teams regionally on issues, product development and training;
+ Monitor Fleet performance and communicate trends to parts ordering and lead min max levels;
+ Operate safely and under site isolation processes;
+ Provide coaching and assistance to customer on product maintenance, troubleshooting and repair;
+ Perform joint investigation of failed components with the customer for warranty administration;
+ Partner with the customer to develop and have a smooth transition of BEL locomotive into operations;
+ Achieve Wabtec internal training certification training within 18 months;
+ Respond to Roy Hill requests for troubleshooting, failure support, field modification oversight, issue feedback and engineering support;
+ Day-to-Day ERP Transactions to ensure timely material transactions;
+ Report on performance criteria and customer monthly meeting including RX's, trending and pareto CCD charts;
+ Track product performance metrics and issue recommendations for continuous improvement; and
+ Own technical fleet performance on site in regarding to product performance.

**Responsibilities**
+ Outcome and Solution-based approach: Taking a customer-centric approach, you will undertake deep technical discovery in collaboration with other team members to uncover the primary goals of our users and then use your experience, technical knowledge and creativity to create solutions that allow our end-users to achieve those goals
+ Technical Closure: Responsible for aligning with important customer team members to secure technical closure of proposed solutions within Autodesk Construction Cloud. Manage technical evaluations, define solutions architecture, facilitate product demonstrations, 3rd party engagements. Consult with ACS sales on technical validation and apply best practices in solving business problems. + Collaboration: Develops trusted working relationships with the ACS sales team and adjacent teams such as the Autodesk Worldwide Field Operations (WWS) team. You will also work with adjacent business resources (e.g. sales management, deployment, adoption, business development, global technical sales, and marketing) and collaborate with ACS product "centres of excellence", Customer Success projects such as Voice of the Customer, deployment teams to implement proposed solutions, and coordinate with ACS marketing for product launches, webinars and go-to-market messaging strategy
+ Leadership: Shares best practices, competitive information, innovation, and expertise within the sales organisation, product divisions, and technical solutions organisation locally and globally. Participate in strategic speaking engagements at high profile trade shows, conferences, or internal Autodesk events working in collaboration with ACS marketing teams. Provide answers and share knowledge on technical product and integration information
**Minimum Qualifications**
