+ Collaborate with the enterprise and public sector sales teams to develop and execute targeted account penetration strategies, including within state, federal, verticals

**Key responsibilities**
We are looking for a sales driven Commercial Senior Sales Engineer with the ability to provide an excellent experience to our internal clients and our clients in the field. Therefore, you will;
+ Effective implementation of Sales strategies as directed by the Sales Director.
+ Active participation in new product launches & pilot projects pertaining to new strategic directions implemented by the company.
+ Provide total HVAC system solutions, promote Carrier's capabilities and extensive product range
+ Continue to build strong relationships with new and potential client base
+ Identify market penetration and aggressively target areas of poor penetration with strong strategic direction either self-identified or as identified by the Commercial Sales Manager
+ 100% Compliance to presentation and expected company standards and processes
+ Maintain strong product knowledge and avail yourself to training both internal and external as may be deemed required from time to time
+ Maintain network of industry intelligence to ensure competitiveness and professional presentation of proposals are closely monitored and exceed industry expectations
+ Ensure all equipment selection data is collated and entered client submissions within response KPI's
+ Ensure 100% compliance to sales order process outlined by the General manager Sales Director
+ Provide Commercial Sales manager with accurate individual sales and order forecast
+ Active participation in internal team meetings
+ Collaborate with Sales Support teams to ensure customer expectations are clearly communicated and met.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this opportunity as a minimum you must have:
+ Extensive experience in HVAC field - 8 Years.
+ Tertiary Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering
+ In depth knowledge of the HVAC market and an extensive network /Client Base
+ Proven experience in Developing and Implementing Budgets
+ Ability to develop Solution / Product sales Strategies
+ Ability to work and be successful in a fast-paced high pressure environment
+ Strong resilience
+ Ability to work with CRM system
