+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 1+ year(s) work experience in relevant area of business

+ Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and procedures. This includes maintaining Standard Work Documents detailing daily, weekly, and monthly standard work.

+ Maintain the physical security system access cards for multiple sites across Australia.
+ Provide level 2 help desk support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems in a timely manner for all users across multiple sites within Australia.
+ Manage the setup, deployment, and maintenance of new and refresh equipment such as laptops and desktops and mobile devices for all GE Aerospace users across Australia.
**Required Qualifications** **:**
