**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for a talented **Information System Security Office** **r** to join our growing team in **Alice Springs,** **Australia** ! In this role you will perform analyses to validate established security requirements and recommends additional security requirements and safeguards where required. **(International Assignment) - This position is in Australia** *** **- *NO REMOTE WORK***
**What You'll Be Doing** **:**
+ Performs assessments of information systems and networks within the networking environment or enclave and identifies where those systems/networks deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy. This is achieved through passive evaluations (compliance audits) and active evaluations (vulnerability assessments).
+ Supports the formal Security Test & Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority through pre-test preparations, participation in the tests, analysis of the results, and preparation of required reports.
+ Establishes strict program control processes to ensure mitigation of risks and supports for obtaining certification and accreditation of systems. This includes process support, analysis support, coordination support, security certification test support, security documentation support, investigations, software research, hardware introduction and release, emerging technology research inspections, and periodic audits.
+ Assists in the implementation of required government policy (e.g., NISPOM, DCID 6/3), and makes recommendations on process tailoring.
+ Performs analyses to validate established security requirements and recommends additional security requirements and safeguards where required.
+ Supports the formal Security Test & Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority through pre-test preparations, participation in the tests, analysis of the results, and preparation of required reports.
+ Periodically conducts a review of each system's audits and monitors corrective actions until all actions are closed.
+ Performs analyses to validate established security requirements and recommends additional security requirements and safeguards where required.
+ Manages program and project implementation and makes significant contributions to department goals and planning efforts.
+ Assists in the implementation of required government policy (e.g.,, NISPOM, DCID 6/3), and makes recommendations on process tailoring.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring** **:**
+ **Active Top Secret SCI** required, with the willingness and ability to obtain/maintain a CI Poly.
+ Bachelors degree with typically 2+ years of relevant experience. Candidates with a Masters degree require 1+ year(s) of relevant experience, and additional years of experience can qualify in lieu of a degree for non-degreed candidates.
+ Experience with information technology security, information systems security, and information assurance.
+ Must obtain and maintain DoD 8570 compliant IAT-II Professional Certification.

**Security Clearance Requirement:**
An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.

- Remote Emergency Management (REC) or equivalent certificate
- Recognised Immunisation Provider certificate, current COVID vaccination provider certificates for Pfizer and Paediatric vaccines

- Must be ISTAT competent, certified and have access number or willing to obtain

Your primary responsibility is delivering culturally aware and clinically safe primary healthcare services. You will be based in one of the health centres associated with this wonderful health care service and will be dedicated to providing quality care.
The Location
You will be living in the Big Rivers Region of the Northern Territory. The Big Rivers Region in the Northern Territory of Australia is named after the Daly, Victoria, and Katherine Rivers. It has a rugged landscape, diverse flora and fauna, and is important to Indigenous culture. The area is used for pastoralism and tourism, with popular activities including national parks, fishing, and camping.
To be eligible for this position, you must have the following:
- Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as an RN
- Relevant tertiary and/or post-graduate qualifications in nursing, midwifery, primary health care, mental health, emergency care, or similar
- Unrestricted Northern Territory Driver’s License Manual (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to travel between sites if required
- Must have full Australian working rights (Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, a valid Working Visa, or New Zealand Citizenship).

Job Details:
- Contracts available from 4 - 12 weeks
- Start date as soon as possible
- Work within 1 of 4 remote area clinics based in Central Australia
- Fully furnished housing provided
- Return travel provided
- Excellent pay rates from $104.91 per hour up to $12.77 per hour. This includes the casual loading, on call, callouts and overtime.
- Deliver high-quality, culturally sensitive primary healthcare services to remote community members, including health assessments, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
- Participation in the after-hours on-call roster for after-hours medical emergencies accompanied by on-call support worker
- Respond to and manage acute medical situations and emergencies with limited resources, providing initial assessment, treatment, and stabilisation of patients before evacuation if necessary
- Provide on-call services for urgent or emergency situations as required, ensuring continuous healthcare coverage in remote settings.
- Current AHPRA registration, with no restrictions
- Demonstrated experience in Remote Area Nursing
- Current REC and/or MEC certifications
- Current NT driver's license
- Must have full Australian working rights
- Ability to adapt to the unique challenges and rewards of remote healthcare
- At least (2) years of experience as a Remote Area Nurse
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, respecting cultural practices, traditions, and languages
- Willingness and capacity to provide after-hours, on-call support as needed in some remote locations, ensuring 24/7 healthcare access for the community.

- $81.50 per hour + penalties for overtime, weekends, on call, etc.
