Responsibilities:
+ Undertake with the assistant engineers, the development of Technical Investigations and Technical Instructions relating to platform systems, including the verification and validation of technical data.
+ Work within a multidisciplinary team to develop design requirements in the context of engineering change management and configuration management relating to Mechanical and Electrical platform systems.
+ Participate in Engineering design Reviews and the development of Engineering Support Reports.
+ Work both within and to the requirements of the Authorised Engineering Organisation.
+ Work to the requirements of Contractor Engineering Management Plan.
+ Assist with preparation and/or review of work instructions and maintenance schedules.
+ Conducting work to a high standard, including work on engineering reports and design contract documents.
+ Working within Certification Standards and established industry practices.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with key customer and supplier contacts.
+ Provide assistance to team members including graduate levels as and when required.
+ Other duties as directed.
As the ideal candidate you will bring:
+ Degree qualified, Chartered Professional Engineer
+ Demonstrated ability to develop and execute Systems Engineering Management Plans.
+ Hands-on experience in configuration management practice.
+ Working knowledge of ASDEFCON Contracting framework (above and/or below the line).
+ Experience in risk management.
+ Experience in Verification and Validation (V&V) planning and test execution.
+ NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance.

As the ideal candidate you will bring:
Essential:
+ Current AGSVA security clearance - NV1 or higher
+ Engineering Degree suitable to achieve membership of Engineers Australia in relevant Communications, Computing, or Electronics related field.
+ A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in an Information Technology or Engineering discipline.
+ Experience and proven expertise in the areas of military Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4I).
+ Experience as a System Engineer in the development of software and hardware systems.
+ Experience working within a Systems Engineering Lifecycle as well as authoring & reviewing technical documentation.
+ Experience working with aviation related software standards and Australian Defence regulatory frameworks.
+ Experience working with project teams in the delivery of complex ICT systems.
+ Strong client and staff engagement, relationship and communications skills.
+ Well-developed interpersonal skills.
Desirable:
+ Experience with Defence ICT environments (including Defence Protected Environment (DPE) and Defence Secret Environment (DSE)).
+ Demonstrable knowledge of Aviation Mission Planning and of the Defence Air Component - Command and Control Capability System (AC-C2CS) environment.

Northrop Grumman's **MQ-4C Triton** Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) provides real-time intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) over vast ocean and coastal regions. The aircraft can fly for more than 24 hours at a time, at an altitude above 55,000 feet and an operational range of 8,200 nautical miles. Australia is a cooperative program partner in the Triton program which consists of the US Navy, Royal Australian Air Force and Northrop Grumman.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ As a Network Systems Engineer on the MQ-4C Triton, you will be responsible for:
+ Identifying and managing the Triton Network integration risks, through close engagement with the customer to mitigate the impact on safety and capability.
+ Work closely with US counterparts to grow and develop a deep technical knowledge of Triton network to evolve in-country service support. Aim to become a Subject Matter Expert on Triton Network systems and integration protocols.
+ Work closely with the Mission Systems Team to support ongoing management of the Triton mission system through evaluation and assessment of Triton network changes.
+ Deliver outcomes as assigned from the Triton Interim Support Contract and relevant statements of work.
**About You**
+ You will be a degree-qualified in either IT or Engineering and have a breadth of experience working with multiple stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
+ Experience with Network Engineering is essential, as well as possessing a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent level of Cisco Certification
+ You will have experience with the network development life cycle process, routing and switching systems, defence systems, Network information and event management systems, simulations and load tests, programming languages and more.

The Plant Systems Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting the Villawood manufacturing plants Aveva-based (also known as WonderWare or WW) and related automation systems and manufacturing equipment. This is a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing operations through effective system integration, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation of all plant systems components. + Manage, maintain, troubleshoot and modify **Aveva (WW) InTouch and InBatch,** related to process and/or recipe changes.
+ Add/modify/write PLC code for changes to the Making system process and equipment adhering to global plant systems policies.
+ Manage and maintain WW MES client modules and Recipe Manager.
+ Maintain all reports connected to the Plant Systems database (DB) and coordinate with local integrators, Regional / Global Plant Systems for updates and correction as necessary.
+ Responsible for, with the help of IT, all the PCs, servers, and networks that are on the manufacturing network.
+ Lead the implementation and management of site projects related to automation digital transformation, considering people, processes and systems in the implementation.
+ Application of updates and global developments to the productive hardware and software of the plant.
+ Provide training and assist with analysis and troubleshooting of plant floor systems.
+ Document solutions and update the knowledge database.
+ Provide orientation and training to plant operations to encourage the usage of systems.
+ Apply rules that guarantee global consistency of manufacturing systems.
+ Work with IT, Maintenance Engineers and/or Project Engineers in order to define new processes and system capabilities that will improve efficiencies of the operation.

Salary Range $ - $ USD
